Cons:Not really a con, but the images from Corsair don't truly show the real shine of the case.

I was waiting for the white version to come out, but I decided to play my luck on the silver version. It was a good choice because I already own a white 600T case and the silver mixes it up a bit. The paint on the case is something similar to how silver cars are painted. Its a nice well thought out case. |
This case is very well thought out. I really like the form factor and the separated chambers. The build quality is very good. The chassis feels solid. The silver colour looks sharp.Putting together a build with this case produced one of the cleanest wiring jobs I have ever seen, not counting the wiring hidden on the power supply side of the case.Assembly was very easy. The motherboard chamber, although smaller than usual, feels spacious. I expected to have wasted space in on the power supply side of the case, but it quickly filled with wiring. There is only a little extra space above the 2.5" drive cage, which surprised me.The 5 1/4 drive bays... not very useful IMO. I would have preferred an option to change out for more 3.5" drives. On that note, the 3.5" drive placement is a bit odd, but the hot-swap option is great. I would prefer the 2.5 and 3.5 drive locations were swapped, but that's just me.The 2.5" drive cage is very clever. The built-in plastic spring mechanism works like a charm. The cage can be easily removed from the case. The cage is also made of individual segments that I assume could be separated if you wanted to reclaim some space.Air flow is excellent. The case fans are 3-wire, not 4-wire. The front air intake filter is magnetic, which is nice. I see complaints about not all fans have a dust filter. This is by design. There is no point filtering exhaust fans to ensure dust gets trapped in the case. Filter inputs, free exhaust.The side panels are flimsy. This is my only real disappointment with this case. The side panel quality seems okay, but the design is very thin with no reinforcement resulting in a cheap wobbly feel. This review was modfied by poster @ 02-17-14 01:10 PM
