Sound high quality is outstanding. Mic pick up is great (I have however to hear a complaint that my mic is also quiet or also loud). Rediculously comfortable. Cost is really acceptable for the quality. I will usually admit when I do a thing stupid. I believed the headset was defective because I couldn't get the mic to work. The initially time this happened I woke up in the morning place the headset on and the left speaker was not operating. I've had these issues for a couple of months now, and they are good. I have a c.r.a.p.p.y sound card, but going from a walmart headset to these is like night and day. I can actually hear where issues are coming from when gaming, and the highs are SO substantially clearer than my old pair.
