I got the Dane-Elec USB flash drive off the blister-pack and plugged it into my computer. Five minutes later, I put it in my pocket and rolled out the door with a movie to watch, several magazines, a nice selection of music, and several projects I need to work on while I cat-sit at my daughter's place. Getting the flash drive off the blister card was the hardest part of the transaction! I've been using it hard, and it's doing a fine job for me. Nice price, easy to use, and it's darned cute, too. What more can you ask?

I purchased these for my grankids to use for transporting school work and they work great.

Capless on this thing means that you are going to loose the cap for sure. Why the designer forgot to put a stopper on the cap? It slides to expose the connector and keeps sliding. So far two caps lost.Fully capless now though. The memory works fine.

... but still not a major concern, it fights you a little to get it back up, ao take that intoa ccount before getting it... terrific price though for 4gb (I got it for 10$)

Length is great but the width is to big you can not use two of them in ports side by side or one right above the other without it bending them. Really like the outer case and no cap to lose that is Great.

This product is as advertised. A great deal for ten bucks. My only complaint would be that I prefer caps. A couple times now the connector has been sticking out when I take it out of my pocket. A few reviewers have said that the sliding part comes off, and I agree that a little force than I'd prefer is necessary to close the drive. But again for $10 it is a fine investment and I have not had any performance issues.

I work for a library and we purchased a few dozen for our patrons. The design is great, everyone has been able to use it and it saves our patrons from lugging paperwork back and forth from work!

The drive is good and easy to use, come with flashing LED light, and looks and feels sturdy. Only wish to have a cap so that the USB end wouldn't collect lint in my pocket.

This little thing has come handy on a few occasions. Only flaw I've noticed is the case isn't very sturdy. I have 3 and 2 of them that are used the most, cases' come apart when you slide it open.

I get lots of compliments on how this USB flash drive pops in and out. Nothing to set up, just pop it in and go. Can't beat the value either! Quite a steal.

I have lots of these and consequently I never have to carry a briefcase. I just load everything on and away I go. Couldn't live (and write a book) without 'em.

Bought 5 of the 4 GB drives. When I removed the 1st one from package, I pushed together to expose the USB blade. Worked fine. When I tried to retract by pulling on the cap end, the cap came off exposing the chip inside. Now, it won't stay on when trying to retract the port. So, I now have GLUE on the cap hoping it will stay put so I can slide back and forth as it is designed to do without exposing the chip inside. Nobody else had this issue??
