These have been quite good to me. As a result far I have actually purchased 4 sets of these, spread out over three computers. Memtest86 ran fine and I haven't had any concerns yet. I had to manually set the timings, which isn't seriously a can, but for a newbie like me it took some added time to sort every little thing out.

First off, a little about the machine I WAS employing.Inspiron 6000: single core intel M CPU @ 1.6GHz, 2gigs ddr-533 memory, and 80gig HDD @ 5400 rpms. Laptop was slow and decided to locate a builder and get a custom desktop (best selection I ever produced). I was simply getting bottlnecked by ram as quickly as I turned that laptop on...I have 4gigs of this g.talent memory, it's more quickly and I have never ever utilized much more than a single gigabyte even however (usually start out off with 3gigs, Windows 7 64 bit absorbs about 900 mb of memory from the gate). So my ram usage hovers amongst 3200mb to 2500mb. Seriously, unless your applications are demanding huge chunks of memory, you don't require far more than this. This ram is fast, it operates from the commence, and it was easy for my builder to set up. None, it's been undertaking a good job for all my applications (Firefox, Chrome, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Left four Dead, Half-Life two, Halo: Combat Evolved, and so forth). If you're in need of very good memory, well...you've identified it.

Extremely reputable RAM. Great price for high quality brand like G. Talent. Operates well for my purposes (mostly gaming & world wide web). None seriously, haven't had any unfavorable experiences with my Pc related to the RAM so far. Purchased a pair when I first built my gaming rig in Sep. 2010 and just purchased another pair at end of Feb. 2011 to get 8 GB RAM total. They automatically ran at a command rate of 2T but I'm sure they can be switched to 1T.

Excellent assistance levels of Gskill.Excellent Heatsink.Affordable cost. Program Completely unbootable at default speeds of DDR3-1333. immediately after fair amount of BIOS tweaking Windows goes into recovery mode., nothing additional. Fails memory tests. System boots from time to time at decrease than rated speeds at DDR3-1066.Have read that customers have tweaked voltages to run at rated speeds but why need to everyone resort to this?Have applied other Gskill Ram and am disappointed to have received such a dud memory. Manufacturer Response:.Dear CustomerWe are sorry to hear you are obtaining troubles with the memory. You do not need to have to tweak voltages for this memory, but the timings ought to be manually configures as they are not typical. Most DDR3 motherboards will resort to 9-9-9-24 as this is the JEDEC regular. If you continue to have difficulties, really feel free to send them in for replacements. Strong and steady memory, been running strong for 6 months now with no issues. The heat spreader can be an concern with certain mobo/HSF combos. Just before owning this, I exclusively utilized Corsair. I took a opportunity on the G.Skill this time and was pleasantly surprised. All the efficiency and stability of the Corsair for significantly less of my challenging earned dollars.

Fast shipment. Reasonable price tag. Appears neat. Following three days of use, started finding an endless sequence of BSOD followed by reboots. I ran Memtest86+ which showed many issues on a single of the sticks. Following I removed the RAM, the BSODs stopped appearing, and the laptop appears happy to perform after once more. So I'm going to have to RMA this RAM kit. Manufacturer Response:.Dear ClientWe apologize for the inconvenience. Incredibly very good ram, no challenges at all. Purchased 8 sticks so far and all have been great. You can underclock these to 1333 and set the lat. to 8-eight-eight-21 or 24 on an amd system. None AMD will not say you can run ram higher than DDR3 1333 in the phenom II cpu's. They are rated only for DDR3 1333 speed ram or decrease. Appear on amd website under Phenom II, important architectural functions.

Bought this RAM when I got my new motherboard. My new board mentioned it supported 1600 DDR3 but folks have been questioning no matter whether or not the board really supported 1600 DDR3. I went with this RAM just to play it safe. No complaints right here. Seriously quick RAM. Couldn't be happier with my selection! None!

Finest price/performance when it comes to PC3 10666Automatically had correct timings with ASROCK N68-S UCCPerforms effectively overclocked(at about 1500MHz)Timings can be lowered at stock speeds and retain stabilityKinda cool hunting heat spreaders I like the newer 'ripjaws' heat spreaders far better, but at the time I purchased these, the identical sticks(cas eight, PC3 10666) with the newer spreaders were two dollars far more costly and did not have free of charge shipping. I'm having a seriously good time with these stick of ram. Not only are they stable at stock, but I went overclock-delighted when they initial arrived and they were strong as rocks. I did not have any troubles at all with them. Now I just run them at 1333MHz with lowered timings.

Operates completely in my MSI 880GM-E43 board. I appreciate the brand - been utilizing G.Skill exclusively for years. four Gb is enough to keep my Win 7 64 program running snappy although doing everything I want. Not crazy about the colour scheme but at the time I bought it it was cheaper than the colors I did like and I'm not going to spend added to get nice colors for my RAM heatsinks With the current cost drop I want to purchase one more 2x2 to bump my system to 8Gb

No complaints. Looks great, and runs fantastic. Don't know about overclocking, but considering that I don't generally OC; can't say significantly. They appear a small less sturdy than other RAM modules that I've had, but nothing also negative.
