Nice Little KVM Box
Comment:
My main hopes for this box were 1. to allow my notebook computer to access my PC's keyboard (which is at a more ergonomic height) 2. to send my notebook computer's video signal to my bigger monitor, and 3. to directly access my printer (by plugging the computer port into where the KVM intended for the mouse). Objectives 1 and 3 were attained with glowing success. However, the signal that my notebook gets to my monitor through the KVM is of lower resolution than I hoped and is disappointing, especially for graphics editing. But two out of three (especially when the box was not advertised as a printer signal switch) is very good, particularly at a price below $30. Regarding delivery, Canadians can expect to wait four days instead of two because this product is warehoused in the US.

Exactly what I needed
Comment:
Needed KVM to connect my primary and business computers together due to lack of desk space. Compared prices online (in store prices were 15% or more higher at most stores). Your site had the best price, shipped very quickly, and delivered within days. Product works perfectly between my XP & Vista computers. I would recommend this product for anyone needing a basic KVM.

Great Product!
Comment:
Simple to use with a slim design allowed me save time and create space on my already cluttered computer desk. This device allowed me to switch between my computer and my Wyse Thin Client, a computer I use to run my MagicJack, effortlessly!

Works out of the box
Comment:
This switch works as advertised, out of the box functionality, no software required. I use it to share a monitor, keyboard and mouse between a PC and a MAC.

Fine for non-frequent switching
Comment:
This product appears to perform well at first. It switches perfectly for the first 8-10 attempts after that the mouse freezes and I have to restart pc's to get pointer control again. If you do not switch often than this item will work fine.

A great deal
Comment:
I work two jobs on two different computers and this has really simplified my life. It works wonderfully without a glitch, was shipped super fast and I feel it was a great deal cost-wise. I am very happy with this product and with the seller as well.

Good Value
Comment:
This is a very good, reasonably priced KVM. I had to replace my old PS2 KVM when I got a new computer with no PS2 connection. This works great.

Just works
Comment:
Using this to share KVM on 2 servers. Works just fine, plugged it in, went home, no problems. I have had no issues with sleep mode, I sometimes dont touch it for 2 - 3 weeks and it works fine. If I used it all the time I would want the cables to all route out one side to keep the desktop neater but for the price cant beat it.

Simple switch, does what its designed for
Comment:
I have to agree with most other reviews on here, the switch is does what its supposed to do. There is a slight problem in that it does not emulate keyboard or mouse when computers are off and turned back on again. Sometimes it will not recognize keyboard or mouse. When both computers are on and keyboard, mouse are functioning it works flawless. Simply using the button it will switch between computers easily. It is a good switch but again no keyboard or mouse emulation. Also no audio switching, for that you'll need one with audio capabilities. Would I buy it again, yes. Buy it again from here, absolutely.

Great KVM Switch for the Price
Comment:
I picked this up at the local store in Orland Park for $20 and it is a great piece of equipment for the price. I have used it at home and in a work environment and it works great. No complaints.

What You Should Know
Comment:
This KVM is very tricky. It works fine as long as you are constantly changing back and forth. As soon as the screen saver kicks in or if your system goes into sleep mode the KVM will cease to respond. I upgraded from a PS2 KVM because I upgraded my mouse and keyboard. That KVM never did this. There might be some settings that I can modifly but for now I must deal with it. I purchased the thing for eleven bucks so value wise it was fine but due to it's poor performance I ranked it low.

Works Great!
Comment:
This product is an amazing deal. Also if you are in Burlington the associates there are top notch. Further reviews on new power supply and OCZ memory are pending!!! Again though was really pleased with the quality of service.

Have trouble: Going from comp a to b, occasionally the mouse doesn't work. Exchanged unit once. The replacement is not as bad, but it occasionally does the same thing. I am going to use it for a while longer, until frustration sets in

Somewhat disappointed
Comment:
The KVM works great when switching monitors. However, the USB port does not function correctly most of the time. I have a wireless mouse and keyboard and when I first boot each machine, switching works the first time for both the monitor and mousekeyboard. The second time, it will work on one machine for the mouseand keybaord but not on the other.

Good, but not great
Comment:
I received this KVM a few days ago. I use it to switch between and Mac and a PC. It switches fine but when it does, it sometimes loses the screen resolution and you have to go back and reset it. It is a bit of a pain in the behind. I called the manufacturer and they were no help at all. They said I would need to buy an emulating KVM to retain the settings. I can't understand why the resolution would change at all. It is the same monitor and resolution for both computers. I like the switching capabilities but the resolution problem makes this item far from perfect.

Works great. Only down side is the cables are kind of short on it, I have the old PS2 version they made and the cables on it were alot longer, but if the computers your connecting are close together it wont be a problem.

Flawless
Comment:
This 2-port KVM did exactly what it's meant to do and was easy to install. I've had several other brands in the past, including Belkin, and they all had numerous glitches & died a nasty death . This one appears solid.
