I put this module on a mini-ITX Atom board. It performs well. The module itself has a low profile, which is nice for setups where you may not have a lot of room inside the situation. None so far.

At ห.00 for 2GB of RAM, how can you go incorrect? Specially DDR2. Worked excellent in our little test system (an Intel Small Falls two MB, purchased from NewEgg, to test as an XP Pro\IPCop program). Absolutely none! Kingston presents a lifetime warranty on their RAM and it's actually reasonably priced - specially on tight IT budgets. Why would you want something else?

Cheap -- a lot cheaper than when I bought these a couple of years ago. :-) Still have some sluggish efficiency with applications that are employing a lot of memory. But not as well annoying. All round a fantastic acquire. I would get these once again.

Lastly 2gb of ram for this system. Although Intel 201gly board officially does not support ram over 1gb this did the trick. The small factor makes it nice for the tight case I have this in. (IN WIN BM639 Black / Silver Steel Mini-ITX, Intel 201gly, Rosewill RC-201 PCI SATA, two-1tb Hitachi drives in Raid 1, Windows Home Server PP1, VMware Server two, and now 2gb memory). Would have offered it a five but shipping was slow. The item arrived a tiny bent but still performs. It would be nice to have a 4gb stick that will function in the exact same board...right here is to dreaming.

I have often used Kingston memory and have by no means had a module fail. This 1 was no exception. They usually fit in the connectors on the board and perform with no timing issues so you can run them at speed. None yet.

Comment:
Two gigs, dirt affordable. Performs excellent in my D201GLY2 mobo which is rated for 1GB max. 1st stick died in under a day. It's only DDR2 667, but you knew that from the description. Initially stick was complete height, replacement was low profile. These would be good for mini-ITX builds if all were low-profile.
