This card offers an great quantity of storage and a respectable speed. Yes, there are cards which are either larger or more rapidly or each, but at the present moment this a single seems to be the sweet spot for price tag vs. capacity. The adapter is an added bonus, as it permits me to transfer music files onto the card with my Pc's card reader, rather than getting to use the a lot slower USB connection of my phone. None that I noticed. The packaging was uncomplicated to open -- just cut the cardboard hanger on the top rated and the plastic clamshell will come cost-free and open up with no fuss whatsoever. Also, both components of the packaging can be recycled. This could be a minor point, granted, but it's good to see a manufacturer take these sorts of point into consideration.

Really good and speedy Class 4 memory card that I used to replace the 4gb Class two in my Nexus One. Using the USB mount from my telephone I can get 3.6mbps write and four.2mbps read. Telephone enjoys obtaining a Class four when I use the AP2SD function. None Decent SDHC Micro for the cost, Write/Read speeds are comparable to some pricier Class 4 8gb.

It operates good to expand the FLAC collection I can use in my Sansa Clip+. This card had the ideal Gig/$ ratio other than maybe 1 far more micro-SDHC card which had noticeably lower user-ratings, so for now this is the 1. none. I haven't tested the integrated SD-adapter. I haven't done any speed tests, but contemplating how small these are I'm just amazed they can pack that size into a chip and housing anyway. I hate MP3s, so I might have to obtain several additional of these so I can carry all my songs with me in lossless CD-quality audio format. It'll be good when 16 GB and 32 GB cards are priced in line with these.

Very best value point for micro SD - fast sufficient to watch H.264 encoded films on my phone not thin enough to pick my teeth with Got this to swap out my 2gb card that came with the telephone. Was eying the 16gb fingernail but I'm a cheap bastage so I went with this. Encode employing handbrake Ƒmb/s video frame rate) and movies look amazing! Can pack eight or so movies with me now which is adequate to choose from on a long flight. Don't actually care about what class it is, no speed testing here. It's just gotta play my motion pictures without choking. And it does. Can now load all my apps to SD devoid of worry. Can see all you IPhony owners out there scratching your head .... no worries, you'll wake up to DROID quickly adequate and wonder why you didn't do it sooner :) Till then .... "can you hear me now"? Guess not, considering that you own Igarbage.

None. I got the Taiwan produced model off the roulette wheel. Transfers routinely below two MB/s writes. Tops out at 6 MB/s read, commonly closer to 4. Have checked the adapter and interface against other cards. I have unclassified SDMicro two GB cards running double these numbers.Kingston and Newegg are equally to blame. Kingston knows what they are putting their name on. Newegg had already gotten complaints about the Taiwan sourced models. Shame on both. Now I get to deal with an RMA. Have some standards individuals.

Some reviewers have mentioned the card is slow, but I consider the situation they're experiencing is with the hardware in use. The card in a card reader connected to my computer wrote 1,280 MB of info in 128 seconds producing for a write speed of ten. MB/s. The exact same quantity of facts when cut and pasted to my desktop in an even more rapidly 76 seconds creating for a read speed of 16.eight MB/s. Also this card was created in Taiwan (as I believe some stated the Taiwan cards were slow). A write speed of 4 MB/s would be a class four Micro SD card, but given that this writes at 10 it could technically be classified as Class 10, quite respectable for such a tiny card. I can't believe of any cons, the card price tag is quite competitive and overall performance was quite very good for a budget Micro SD card. If you're not experiencing 4 MB/s create instances it's most most likely not the cards fault (I discover it really hard to think your card would be TWICE as slow as mine), but the device you're utilizing it in bottle-necking the card. Either that or I have received an further particular Micro SD card!

Worked fine for 3 months, albeit slowly, in my mobile telephone, until POOF! sudden failure. Should final a lot more than three months below reasonable use. the card was 90 percent empty. We'll see how the Kingston Restricted Lifetime warranty claim goes. Yes, this a single is slow as well. The image on the Newegg web site shows the MicroSDHC created in Japan. Mine was marked TAIWAN.All of a sudden failed today in my mobile telephone. Now won't recognize in any reader I have, camera, Pc, telephone.
