I chose the Acer Veritron VM498G for my "Bare Bones" rig for the new workplace machine. With only 2 Gigs RAM stock and running Win 7 64 bit- I knew this was one area that would will need attention right away. I wanted to get the parts at the identical time as the Bare Bones box.UN-luckily, N'Eggs doesn't specify what speed and timing the VM498G makes use of (at this time anyway).Someplace I saw that Acer uses Kingson Ram, and positive adequate it does.Via best-guess approach I chose the KVR1333D3N9K2ǚG as an experimental set.Popped 'em in and zoom, POST peeped, Win 7 booted, and we're in company. She's running as though they came with the unit, Win 7 now hogging up 3 Gigs out of 6 for program use, so I'm back to get one additional 2 Gig strip of KVR1333D3E9SǘG. :-)They don't look all racy like the Important Tracer LED-Ram does. I don't know what "Tech Know-how" they are speaking about in the qualifying field. I'm COMP TIA A+ certified FWIW.Maybe not the hottest numbers for Gamers but for an office small business machine this is a heck of a value.Timing on these is fine for DRAM 665.1 Mhz, 9-9-9- tRAS 24 and CR 2T.

Intel BOXDH57DD detects the memory appropriate out of the box. Wonderful RAM for a low-end Ubuntu operate station.Low profile! My sticks don't clear the prime of the memory tabs. This may possibly be great memory for users seeking for low-profile memory. None so far. Passes 12-hour run of memtest with no errors on my Intel BOXDH57DD board.

Fast ship. Wonderful cost at 101 bucks. Works fine in my technique. System is perky with a bit of sass now. ConvertX screams, and my games are seeking even additional vivid. eight gigs of ram makes a difference. 1 significant note. I really feel that working with the similar vendor and memory form (same CAS, voltage, and so on) makes a heck of a differnce. I tried mixing ram in my Q6600 (some DDR two 1066), with disastrous final results. None. I wished I was this lucky with my Q6600. Utilized in a house grown Pc develop of a Windows 7 64bit Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P witha AMD 955 BE Quad Core Processor and BFG 260 GTX OC Video card. I was operating four gigs of this RAM (that I purchased at one more retailer), and this RAM was far cheaper. ྾ bucks less expensive, 39 with the 9 dollars off).

None these are terrible. Worked for the 1st 4 days and then as the previous rating began seeing random crashes. Lost all sorts of data. Now I speak to buyer service and they will accept them back to only test. If they test ok then they are shipped back to me. If not then they send a new pair. Now I have to eat the shipping expenses to return only to play odds that they see what I am seeing. this is so irritating. I am serverly frustrated with these sticks and with customer service. Appears i could end up with many pair of memory at my price. plus further shipping. just wasted 贄.00.

Excellent price, ddr3, fit my motherboard with out any setup. Just enough RAM for me to ever use. Doesn't have a heat spreader that looks cool, but that's not a large deal. Reading the other reviews of persons reporting crashes and such I've under no circumstances had that happen to me when. Perhaps they just got unlucky or I got lucky. Either way, I would purchase 2 a lot more sticks if I needed it.

Don't know what qualifies as high understanding but I'm presently a fourth year personal computer engineering main at Cal Polytechnic San Luis Obispo. Wanted to upgrade my pc from DDR2 800 so I got a new motherboard(refurbished nForce 780i ultra) and saw on Kingston's web page that this ram was tested on my board I was receiving. Was a small worried it was only 1.5 V but they had been recognized correct away, didn't even have to set the voltages and are currently functioning perfectly . As I am writing this overview I'm placing a different order to bring up the total to 8Gb. Don't look quite(no heatsink), but thats why they are so cheap Have had horrible encounter with ram and motherboard voltage issues, wasn't a difficulty at all.

low value DDR3 1333 MHz I began experiencing random freeze-ups a couple of weeks soon after developing my program. DOS memory test didn't show any difficulties. Thought it may possibly be the Seagate drive I'd installed. Meanwhile I updated the BIOS, video driver, and anything else I could feel of. The problem kept receiving worse. Then I checked back here and saw testimonials showing a related expertise to my own.Ordered some OCZ from Newegg and have had no troubles whatsoever due to the fact pulling out the Kingston (No)Value-RAM, and putting in the OCZ. What a waste of funds - occasionally you genuinely do get what you spend for.I may possibly try to send it back to the Mfr, if it's not as well much of a hassle. Ya, excellent luck with that, proper??

No bling tax, plug and play with a incredibly picky dp45sg mb, the newer lot numbers are now low profile. None, functions as advertised. The new low profile design is a plus for clearance and airflow, could be a minus if you had been getting a lot more and expected it to match the similar component number you purchased 6 months ago. Not genuinely a con, far more of an aesthetic nit choose due to the fact there's absolutely nothing in the item description.
