It worked all through the first year without having any glitches or something. It seems to be cheaply produced at the connector and the entire wire itself. Compared to other HDMI wires, this one was usually thin and skinny which raised my doubts relating to its durability. Make confident this wire has wiggle room if you purchase it. I cant say I would trust it in a tight Property Theater setup with an AV receiver. All the wires get tangled up and pull on every single. I think all this stress triggered the wire to malfunction. This is the most upsetting since all my other video/audio cables from my old devices are still operating flawlessly (and some of these wires are more than 5 years old). I attempted to use it on a Tv hooked up to just a DVD player where the space wasnt cramped, but the wire appears to be glitchy spontaneously exactly where the picture starts losing certain colors.
