On the other hand, if you open the case and look at the LED's, you'll see a small gap between the LED's and the tube that transmits the light out the front of the case. Just spot a couple sheets of white paper amongst the LED's and tube and that will dim the emitted light. Add or subtract sheets to get your preferred brightness. Works excellent for me!
