Cost, Sound is decent. Has a volume manage and mic mute on cords. Not quite comfortable for extended use. Other than that they are excellent. It has decent sound. I would say it sounds a bit muffled compared to other headsets that I have owned, but it gets the job carried out and games sound clear enough. The microphone functions well and is out of the way. After a couple of hours of use, it feels like it is tearing your ears off. I have applied a lot of low cost headsets, but this is quickly the most painful I have owned. I have smaller ears and it is still really uncomfortable for me. Excellent deal for the value, but not worth the ear pain.

Worked properly, sound is sufficient for the price tag. Mic broke following a month. Excellent item well produced and worked perfectly correct out of the box, incredibly comfy and great sound and microphone, the Egg was as constantly rapidly and delivered to my doorstep faster than it was suppose to . nothing is great and so I will not give anything 5 eggs, but this is a four+ for sure....enjoy the Egg !!

Nice seeking, comfortable, great sound, excellent mic. It's logitech; I have a lot of other logitech items up to 6 years old, and all of their merchandise that I own are of excellent high quality, performance and are nonetheless working. Inline volume control; it is bulky and gets hung up on chair arm and whatever else. Volume manage finding caught on things may possibly have triggered the challenge, but extremely shortly after owning, 1 ear stopped working. Not long immediately after that, I have had to wiggle the wire connecting to the inline volume controller to get sound out of even the one ear.

The padding is super thin and cheap vinyl and gets hot, creating your ears sweat. The mic, when it worked,.. was is not extremely adjustable and I can never ever seem to get it in the ideal place. That was with Windows Vista. Now it doesnt work at all due to the fact Logitech has no driver support for Windows 7. Get somthing else if you run W7. I have the USB version of this headset. According to a tech I spoke with at Logitech, they have no plans for Windows 7 drivers... FYI

Headphones sound fantastic. Fantastic sound quality.These headphones are affordable! Fantastic microphone as nicely.I hate those headphones that wrap around the back of your head so I'm glad I didn't get them. Isn't entirely what I hoped, see particulars below. My nearby gaming center had a personal computer with headphones comparable to these that had lots of bass whilst playing Team Fortress 2. I tried finding those but this is the closest that I could get. Not as significantly bass, but they sound wonderful anyways.Yeah, no complications here. These headphones are worth the obtain and I'm thinking about getting an additional pair for a stocking stuffer.

It worked nicely though it lasted. I've had three-4 of these head phones more than the past two years( I had warranty) and each time they would only last 2-5 months. They can get uncomfortable so you have to move them to the front a small bit so it dosen't crush your ears. Thanks to warranty I kept acquiring a new set everytime 1 died. Get warranty!

Less costly I purchased two of these headsets about Christmas 08 (about 6mo ago) and both of them have troubles with sound. And as others have said, they are extremely uncomfortable! They pinch the best of my ear and no amount of adjustment has seemed to support. (And I have small ears, i'm a girl.) If you have a massive head these will be torture!The primary challenge appears to be the cord that offers in-line sound adjustment. Also, the round dial to adjust the volume causes difficulties with sound shifting from side to side. I would not purchase these again. Total waste of funds, even at that cost.

Was not impressed with the headphones mic works properly For multiplayer gaming the sound quality is horrible, all noise sounds like it is coming from off the maps.

It is quite durable to impact. If you like to only hear your game, this will support that. The mic is terrible. They crush my ears to the point of hurting them badly. The mic hardly can even be heard anymore. I would not purchase this. It causes me to second guess buying from logitech once more. They are that bad!

Can be comfortable following you wear them for a few months.Mic goes all the way up and out of your way.Excellent sound top quality and mic excellent. Frame is loose and doesn't remain on my head when I move and I have a great size head.Cord is on suitable side of head set, gets in the way a lot when using my mouse. Volume manage is terrible, had to carve a notch in the plastic just to turn it appropriately. Nonetheless gets stuck and doesn't rotate appropriately. Cord has a self wrapping problem, keeps spinning itself together, have to pull it apart to get back my full cord length. Doing so causes the plastic to grind and come apart exposing the wires. Affordable for a reason. If you care sufficient there are better head sets for identical price or a tiny bit more.

The sound is incredibly clear, even right after many years, the mic is also crisp and picks up alot of sound only somewhat a con, my ears get fairly hot right after a few hours This is about the best headset you can buy that's still about this price range

Expense. Only 16 here @ Newegg (I was in a rush and bought it @ Very best Purchase for 30). The Mic is clear and crisp even with Counter-Strike:Source's horrid audio/input engine. The audio is quite decent for a headset, with adequate bass response as well. You gotta really like the silver and black style, haha. Comfort, I guess. When i initially wore them, they had been very uncomfortable right after wearing them for a bit. i soon realized, that if you ADJUST the headset more, they turn into more comfortable and can be worn for numerous hours before becoming weary. Not enuff to knock an egg off, for me. Excellent, low-cost headset. Decent music, with a decent mic. Adjust headset and you're excellent to go for at least three hours (you shouldn't game far more than that in a session). Pretty affordable costs makes it worth though.

i like the headphones i was employing this in skype but when im talking they couldn't hear me. i had to put the mic on my mouth to be able to hear me. i returned this headphones following i used it.
