Logitech G502 Proteus Core Tunable Gaming Mouse Max 12000 DPI
Cons:'Sniper' button, angled sides
Pros:Build quality, software Comment:
This is an interesting mouse - I ordered one for myself immediately after it was released. It tracks well, clicks well, and build quality is very evident when you pick this thing up. I've used dozens of high-end mice and was really hoping that this could finally be my G9x replacement... but it was not. The shape / angled sides of this mouse make it a bit awkward for me to grip from the sides - and that sniper button is right in the way. Overall this is still quite a nice mouse though! |

Logitech G502 Proteus Core Tunable Gaming Mouse Max 12000 DPI
Cons:A bit on the narrow sideA little too tall for claw gripLighting in only one color: blue
Pros:Tactile buttonsThoughtful layoutWell-constructed scroll wheelDry grip material Comment:
Almost perfect mouse for gaming and desktop use. The buttons give very good tactile feedback and the new metal scroll wheel has a great feel as well. Dry grip material used on the mouse surface prevents sweaty hands from prolonged usage. Only minor complaint is that the shape is a little narrow and tall for a perfect claw grip. As for aesthetics, it could use more than one choice of color for its LEDs. Otherwise, this is a worthy replacement for my now 7 year old G9. |

Logitech G502 Proteus Core Tunable Gaming Mouse Max 12000 DPI
Cons:Nothing Really
Pros:Awesome looking Comment:
Wow this mouse is like a alien device sent from space, its awesome looking, and the light up G logo, lights up my whole room, can't sleep with the PC on now. The Scroll wheel, let me tell you about that awesome bad boy, it feels like I can't get a good grip on the wheel to scroll, feels like my finger will slip off and I need to lick it, like flipping a page in a book. Talk about a finger work out, this bad boy needs force to scroll with, my finger is so buff now, all the girls are like DAMN.... BOY..... but the mouse is pretty awesome, great for gaming, all the extra buttons do not get in the way at all. I would recommend it. |

Logitech G502 Proteus Core Tunable Gaming Mouse Max 12000 DPI
Cons:None
Pros:Good Build Quality, Accurate, High DPI, Lots of customization Comment:
I upgraded from Corsair M60 and I am loving this mouse. I love the ergonomics on this mouse. Only thing I could have asked was Red LED light instead of Blue but it still looks good. Scroll wheel can be adjusted to two settings, smooth or click mode. |
This mouse is amazing if i could change one thing would allow you to change the color of the LED or have more :P
