clear, on off switch on the item is good If you use skype for gaming you have to turn of your television even if its 30 feet away. The people on skype are always telling me to turn off my T.V. or if somebody in the other area is loud they can hear it. Its type of annoying, I have to hit the on off button on the mic whenevr im not talking in skype. I have hd 650's and I game a lot so i was looking for a stand alone mic. Not confident if there is a gaming 1 that is really noise canceling, but this will choose up sound 100 feet away. Other than that it isnt a negative item, just dont get the noise cancelation it advertises.

With some tweaking, it picks up audio very nicely. Drivers installed automatically on the Windows 7 x64 RC and have had no difficulties because then. At the highest volume settings, it picks up sound from the adjacent area. The power button feels strange to push at occasions.I don't sound like Bob Barker. I don't sound like Bob Barker, but I sound a little like Rob Thomas by way of this microphone.
