its genuinely low cost, what else do you want. so low-cost that you genuinely can't save it for additional than one particular use. I haven't tried but it seemed like it would dry out. its always good to buy with new CPU. and its the least expensive accessible.

well it works fairly effectively on CPU do not know truly DO NOT Put IT ON GPU Although, gave it to my buddy to place some on his CPU, but he went crazy and burned GPU

functions fantastic and is maintaining my two.two athlon 3400+ at under 45 degrees at load and 35 idle none. UPS and Newegg are amazing, retain it up hunting for some cheap grease that does the job this is for you, if you're lookiing for the ideal, retain searching, this isn't the best stuff on the market place but for a mid-range machine i'm liking it

I didn't assume thermal grease choice would matter, thought they would all be the exact same. Boy was I incorrect. I have a zollman cooler, which came with paste, but due to a mobo challenge, I had to switch mobos. I replaced it with identical make and model, but now I required new thermal paste. Ordered this 1 due to value. Bottom line, all my hardware remained the exact same, and the only change was the thermal paste. Just before Masscool, my CPU ran at 37C nominal. Following, it ran at 30C nominal. A difference of 7 degrees by only changing the paste. CRAZY! None.

It's sufficient to coat your CPU sufficiently. None Gets the job carried out. Why acquire a 2 oz. tube unless you construct computers all the time.

Its thermal grease, it is meant to conduct thermal energy, and it performs just fine at that, I applied it following switching to a new motherboard, and it actually kept it a bit cooler than the coolermaster stuff that I was utilizing prior to. 35 degrees idle, not substantially additional than that under strain, I can't tell you more though, due to the fact the motherboard newegg sent me broke a day later. This tube is so da** tiny that they have to wrap it in two layers of bubble wrap to make it noticeable, and you don't get considerably, possibly sufficient for two cpus if you have been conservative. Excellent stuff, its cheap, it functions, if you want accurate functionality, use arctic silver naturally, but this performs far more than effectively enough for my gaming machine.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm...... havin trouble with this one particular cpu temp greatly improved from stock heat pad i run a celeron two.1Ghz overclocked to two.six Ghz my program temp was running at 33c on idle(while overclocked) and that was with the stock pad. i applied this and now its up to 41c with no finish in sight it just keeps increasing. i am virtually afraid to run games. I would hugely recommend under no circumstances finding this. it is horrible. even if you want it since of the value just devote an additional 2-3 bucks on somethin else. on yet another note i planned on working with this for two cpu's, welll there isn't sufficient left for the second a single

it has enough to do a couple computer systems if not three or 4. if you place to substantially on it will squeez out the sides. it is a silver base substance so if it get over applied and reaches the pins it can result in a brief. its good gooy, so far there are no troubles but than I dont actually see the oportunity for problems either

I adore it functions great on my AMD athlon II X2 240 OC'd to three.03Ghz its excellent I had to pop open the grease and mix it with a needle and it was a lil to thick but nonetheless goo for the cost I want to Overclock my athlon to 2.five but i preserve obtaining BSOD's in windows vista and 7 and i aint gooing back to xp

low cost, does the job, shiny silvery compound most likely not as good quality as AS, tube is modest and hard to handle the distribution. compound seems watery, not as thick. difficult to spread on surface. i ended up just working with the pea-drop strategy rather than spreading it flat. most persons do that anyway. it functions, with the stock HS on my AMD x2 3600+ keeps it cooler ྿-34C idleኇ-45C load) than my x2 6400+ with thermaltake blue orb cooler and AS. surely due to the difference in procs but who knows??
