This is a nice bag and I really love the pockets for the different items you need when traveling but the only thing I found I did not like was a pocket on the outside that has a way of attaching your suitcase luggage handle to the bag like other bags in the past I have purchased.

Bag is loaded with pockets and has a great handle with comfortable rubber. It also has an shoulder pad sown in place on the shoulder strap so it doesn't slide around. The strap is adjustable at both ends to keep the shoulder pad centered. The only questionable part is the vinyl like bottom that would have been better if it was rubber to last longer but still better than just canvas. Great product for the money.

Yes, Microsoft can get some things right - by outsourcing! For what the bag was intended for it is an extremely good buy, all the correct padding and pockets for all the stuff.

Sturdy, professional looking, pockets galore, sufficient padding for the laptop, sturdy strap - if this bag doesn't have it, you don't need it.

Great protection for my investment in a new notebook. It even has room for my cooler pad. Only negative - minor one - the outside pockets offered little room for bulky items such as a power supply.

I have a 17 inch Dell Inspiron laptop which according to the advertising should have fit. When I received the product in order to get it to fit my wife had to cut the end out of the cushioning to get the laptop to fit. Without doing that it would only accept a fifteen inch unit. No quality control.

I like the bag's light-colored interior (a selling-point MS uses), and find the weight and padding just right. Don't know if I like the strap yet. (The pad is rigidly sewn in the middle of the strap, rather than loose to be moved to accommodate different bag positions as you struggle through trains and traffic.) A drawback is the over abundance of bright orange MICROSOFT branding! That is the first comment the bag elicited when I first used it.

My Gateway Lap Top fits in like a glove with room to spare, bought siomilar one in Walmart had to return it too small and too shaby with similar price as yours. Thanks. Martha

it holds my 17" laptop and all my accessories with plenty of room to spare. protects the laptop well for getting banged around. rather tough bag i would recommend.

Everything ok, but if you put your 17 inches laptop in it, you won't have room for anything else... at least it look cool!!
