good design, smooth operation, not as well high priced none this point functions right out of the box i have owned numerous of these microsoft laser mice, the only explanation i had to obtain much more is my fault (falling off desk, daughter spilling drink and so forth)

plug and play, fits great in your hand. Fantastic response time and soft clicking to boot. none. light weight compared to a lot of other types of mice. I dont thoughts it at all, but other folks may well. Nicely worth the cash!

- No main difficulties right here. Works when I need to have it to. - Has the clicks, which I like. Lets me really feel when I am scrolling the web page rather than the smooth scrolling ones which don't click. - The scrolling wheel could be much better. But it's not genuinely a problem, just when you tap is ever so gently it will move the web page generally when you don't want it to. Which means it will scroll even without having a 'click'. So the wheel could have been tightened a tiny. I use this with my Eee Pc 1000H and it functions pretty nicely. Even though almost certainly just a problem with my Eee Computer, but each and every now and then it will de-sync and I have to re-plug it in.

Great mouse, comfy, performs effectively, accurate, fantastic for gaming, excellent for the 3d operate I do. Does tend to get worn out a tiny speedy, but for the lowe price tag who's complaining? Of all the costly mice I hold getting, I maintain coming back to this cheapo issue. I require high accuracy and believe this has it for the value.

Wonderful mouse for the price tag. Fits good in the hand and the wheel has a good separation from the buttons, so no undesirable button clicks. I am using them on each Windows and *nix systems with no problems. None. Just needed a couple of extra mice for the perform bench. Every time I turned around I required a different mouse for operating a computer system. These are functioning so nicely, I may get a couple for the residence.

Excellent really feel, really comfy, extremely precise, very cost-effective. Doesn't have back/forward buttons for web web page navigation like you see on some mice. I use this on my gaming desktop. Don't see any. Extremely low cost made mouse. The wheel is flaky and gets stock. I bought three of them and had to file for RMA the minute I opened the box. From now on I will read feedbacks prior to I purchase. This item has bad feedbacks Remain away from it.

On the plus side, it utilizes 100 mA, which most mice should but I have some that use 500 and will have problems in USB hubs. My one particular situation is the scroll wheel, which has a sticky spot in the rotation. This gets Actually annoying. I'm assuming I just have a slightly irregular unit and most of them are fine, but as substantially as I love new egg, I paid practically as considerably in shipping as I did on the mouse, and it's not truly worth obtaining it replaced. Operates fine, simple functionality, but excellent for assemblies just before full SW help. No PS2 port or battery requirement. Noisy! Each and every roll of the mouse wheel gives off annoying click-click-click. Operating as intended, but would have been nice to exclude that 'feature'. The corresponding wireless mosue (almost identical), is silent. Affordable, operates... but dang, that noise is a drawback! For a wired mouse, I would given it a 4-five eggs, if I could have heard myself feel!

- maintains the classic shape, although a tad bit larger.- higher dpi, but not by much.- greater tracking speed. inferior to its predecessor in nearly everyway. imaging rate is only 6000 fps vs. omb's 9000 fps.wheel feels and sounds a lot more affordable and doesn't turn as smoothly as its predecessor.feet aren't smooth and slide horribly on mouse pads. unacceptable. is this a joke, microsoft?

Great driver support, usb native. No presicion troubles. Superior cost. Driver support out of the box is not vista compatable, drivers needed to be manually installed from the internet site. The cord is far too short. The mouse worked fine, but the cord wasn't long enough for a huge desk.

It was inexpensive and fits my major mits. Random movement, inaccurate selections - See beneath I can not say how UNSATISFIED I am with these mice. The primary gripe is that the wheel appears to get stuck at some point then release so while looking at a internet page or replying to an e-mail the screen will shift up and down at a crazy rate for a second or two. This is seriously annoying at happens at least ten times a day. I have tried three of these and they all exhibit the identical symptoms. This is the worst mouse I have ever utilized. I didn't believe that it would be this poor when I very first noticed it, I think it has gotten worse over time as I am severe middle clicker, Firefox and general pasting in Linux(and no it is not just a Linux issue. It happens on my Vista box too). I can\'t think how annoying this has turn out to be. It essentially compelled me to study my purchases and post a review since it is THAT bad.

low cost, easy, accurate -- what else do you want from a mouse? Had to plug and unplug it into various USB ports a few times the initially time I plugged it in and powered up the personal computer. Perhaps lots of mice do this, but most Microsoft USB mice I've observed will just plug and play a lot quicker. Immediately after the initial energy cycle it was fine. I bought two, for 2 computers each running XP and both behaved the similar. I don't think this is a reason not to acquire this mouse. Just don't get mad if it doesn't light up right away the 1st time you plug it in. Its not broke, it need to just be locating its drivers or some thing.
