NSPEED 300MBPS WIRELESS
Cons:blue led quite bright

Pros:cheapwireless Nsmall
Comment:
Use it for a LAN-only all-in-one printer. It converts it onto a wireless all-in-one printer with a cheap price.

NSPEED 300MBPS WIRELESS
Cons:drop  signalsWasn't very consistent

Pros:CheapSmall
Comment:
For me it didn't work as well as I thought it would and I wasn't very impressed. It could've been my router but I just switched back to using Ethernet cables. It is cheaper than the Microsoft ones tho which is a plus.

NSPEED 300MBPS WIRELESS
Cons:Lots of wiring. User guide was useless.

Pros:Great Reception. No lag time. Wireless N. Works as adapter for my xbox360 and backup wireless adapter for any computer at home.
Comment:
Having this hooked up to my xbox360 for quite some time now. At first I had some issue with it dropping signals after sometime of online playing, however once I change my router it works like a charm. You need to initialize it with a computer (without wireless adapter) first, then you can use it with your console. The user guide did not mention about having problems setting up the device on a computer that already has a wireless adapter to it, therefore, remember to disable the original adapter before setting this device up. I got this at a sale when the price is $39.99, I do not want to get ripped of by the other $99.99 Xbox360 only adapter. Once more complain would be the power adapter and lan cable being messy, other than that, I would have gave it 5 stars. It works perfect, xbox live works perfect, red dead with my friends no problemo.

NSPEED 300MBPS WIRELESS
Cons:Included software didn't work at all for me

Pros:No drivers required, works with anything that has ethernet
Comment:
The included software didn't work at all for me. I called Tech support, and they had me change my computer's IP to a static IP 192.168.1.50, then browse to the adapter at 192.168.10.110. Then I was able to configure it and connect it to my wireless network. No guarantee but I bet this would even work on a Mac. This isn't just a wireless adapter for gaming systems. It works fine on computers & laptops too, and I'm using it on a photocopier. For the price, this is an Excellent value, and a very versatile device.

NSPEED 300MBPS WIRELESS
Cons: Signal strength, weight

Pros: Compact, easy setup
Comment:
Awesome because it is a simple alternative for wireless for guests with laptops. Bought for our PS3 and it works fine for online gaming. Signal is not as strong compared to my ddwrt linksys router but that took a day to configure (this was about 30 minutes from start to gaming. Totally flexible usage like a portable network port in the house. Only caveats are that it's a deal at $60 but a no brainer when I paid $35, second caveat is that the base is not weighted so it does frequently fall due to it's small size if the cables are tugged.

NSPEED 300MBPS WIRELESS
Cons: Had a problem and had to redo the setup. Hope that doesn't happen every time we get a power problem

Pros: CheapEffectiveFairly simple setup.
Comment:
Well the price is much cheaper than the Xbox wireless N adapter, so I'm willing to put up with a few problems. I live on a really lousy power grid, and when the power went down, I had to redo the installation. That was a pain because I couldn't do the regular setup like I should have been able to. Manual setup is a pain, but fairly easy to follow. When it is connected it seems fairly fast and has good signal strength. Overall, good value for the money.

NSPEED 300MBPS WIRELESS
Cons: Doesn't work properly with a PS3, Poor service from TrendNet Tech support

Pros: Easy to setup, looks good, works well with a desktop/laptop, Supports WPS
Comment:
I purchased the WEP-647GA to provide better than 802.11g speeds for my Playstation 3. This is the intended use of the product from the description. In actuality, from the start I had to restart the device every time I started up the PS3 in order to get an address from DHCP. Sometimes I had to restart the device and re-do the WPS (automatic setup of the wireless connection). Other times the device would work find for hours at a time only to drop  the connection while streaming video from a media server on the same router. After Trendnet recommended an update  to the firmware it worked perfectly for about 2 days before it was no longer able to get a DHCP address on the PS3 at all. Finally, after more than a month into the ticket with Trendnet, I was told to ship the unit (at my cost) to California. At this time it was too late to RMA with NCIX (which would be easier). It isn't worth the shipping costs to ship this $35 item to California only to get another device of the same quality. In the long run, I decided to use the device with another desktop computer in my house and it works fine here. I suspect the device has problems bridging the broadcast  DHCP request from the PS3.My recommendation is only buy this when it's on sale and only use it for a desktop or laptop computer. Your mileage may vary with other gaming platforms.

NSPEED 300MBPS WIRELESS
Cons: - Blue LED lights- Shipped with questionable firmware- Could use a second Ethernet port

Pros: - Small and handsome- Very fast
Comment:
I purchased this device to replace a flaky DD-WRT bridge repeater that simply wouldn't retain a wireless connection, that required constant power-cycling and that I couldn't correct no matter what I did.I set up the 647GA using the one-button WPS setup feature available on both my router and the device. It worked fine for a while but later on I had found that it dropped the connection. I had to power cycle it every time I wanted to use my Xbox, basically. This was quite frustrating since it's exactly the issue with my DD-WRT setup that I was trying to resolve.I solved this issue on the 647GA by:1. Upgrading the firmware2. Setting up manually instead of using WPS3. Setting up a static IP for the deviceI think probably just a firmware update  would have been enough but I wanted to kill this issue without further fiddling. Now the device never drops the connection. It's extremely fast and reliable - does a wonderful job for Xbox Live and streaming content from other machines on my network. My only complaint is with the bright, blue LEDs. They don't belong anywhere near a home entertainment system, where this device is most likely to be used. It might also be nice to have a second Ethernet port on the device, say for a Blu-ray player or something, but then I guess we'd be talking about a whole different class of device.

NSPEED 300MBPS WIRELESS
Cons: had to upgrade firmware (see below), installation

Pros: footprint, speeds, connectivity, works, verion 1.2
Comment:
Using this with a 360, works great, now. Although the installation should be extremely simple and is, it would not pick up the network signal when the 360 was first turned on with unplugging and plugging in the unit. A firmware update  fixed this. Now picks up the signal with the power button on the 360 like it should.Signal strength is great, using it in the basement and my router (linksys) is located in another room in the basement. 360 network monitor has the speed off the charts, using N on the router.xbox live works perfect, and is able to stream 720P mkv's, not 1080P though, stutters. All in all, very happy to get wireless n to my 360.

Works great
Comment:
I purchased this to hook my DirecTV DVR box to my home wireless network. I hooked it up to my computer ran the software it came with and then disconnected and hooked up to my DVR. It was a piece of cake to setup and works like a charm. This was a much cheaper way to go than ordering the equipment from my dish company.

Great Product, Great Price
Comment:
As soon as my son received his xbox, he announced he wanted to get xbox live. We have FIOS and our computer connection was on the second floor, so if he wanted to play online, he had to drag his console upstairs and hook it up to his tiny tv. After discovering that the network adapter made by xbox would be another $100, I told him he would have to wait. Alot of research later, I found this adapter for half the price. I gave it to him for Christmas, and he was connected to xbox live within 45 minutes. Great product, best price, and very fast delivery

An ok product for its price
Comment:
This product is OK for what its does for its price. It works fine when it works, but has a very annoying deficiency- it disconnects from the router after a period of idle time and the only way to bring the connection back on is to power off-on the device (for which, BTW, there is no button so you have to pull the cord out). The manufacturer provides no support whatsoever. Although it was not a complete waste of money, I am not buying any more products of this brand.

Gaming Essential 5 stars
Comment:
Works super out of the box. Connects at top N speeds all the time. Very pleasantly surprised by this excellent product. Blows away the G wireless on our PS3 out of the water, when my son is not using it on his XBox360. Works on network printers, desktop PCs or any device with a wired connection, it's great.

Great with PS3
Comment:
Pros: Easy set up, small footprint, wireless N, bang for your $ Cons: Non so far Comments: Very noticeable difference when using this with my wife's laptop (G) and the PS3. Signing in to PSN, Demon's Souls, KZ2, MW2, U2, etc. is a lot faster now. Streams shows online for the wife with no problems.

DIDN'T WORK ALL OF THE TIME
Comment:
I got it for my 20GB PS3 and I have the Trendnet Router so I thought it would be a perfect fit. The setup was easy. Started with it on my computer and put in the disk. I plugged it in the the PS3, changed the settings on the PS3 and it worked great. The next time I tried, it didn't find the network . I plugged it in the computer and it worked again, plugged it in the PS3 and it worked. A lot of trouble, so I ran a cable to the PS3 and will use this as a wireless adapter to the computer.

Easy Install
Comment:
I used this adapter to control my Dishnetwork DVR. I followed the advise of previous users and installed the driver from my computer using the install disc included in the package. Once the driver was installed I plugged it into my DVR and it worked flawless. I purchased another adapter and plan to use it with an internet thermostat. My home network is powered by a D-LINK Xtreme wireless router.

300 Mbs VERY FAST
Comment:
This adapter is pretty kool, it connected using the software on my PC prett easily. I wasn't able to utilize the Push button connection, no worries though, it was still fast set up. I have a D Link DIR 655 Xtreme wireless router, a XBOX 360, and connected both with no issues and definetly gave me faster connnection than you know who's 54 mbs wireless G at 100 dollars. I watch movies through Netflix and it works a lot faster along with better performance overall and online gameplay is very close to being hard wired to the network I set up. For 55 dollars, I am very happy, you should be too!

It is OK for a quick solution.
Comment:
I bought this because I had to move my router into my office and I needed a wireless solution for my 360. It works well, however I have noticed some minor drop offs that happen every now and then. It happens ever so often, but is not a common thing so the issue is minor.
