Noctua NF-P12-1300 CPU Cooler and Case Fan
Comment:
Employing this as a replacement to my SilverStone exhaust fan; the sound difference is incredible. There is negligible difference in component temps, in spite of the Noctua becoming rated for lower airflow. On the other hand, the noise levels are night and day. Noctua makes the highest quality fans I have even applied. When you run your laptop or computer 24ǝ, noise levels turn into a best-tier importance. All Noctua products, which includes this a single, exceed my rather higher standards when it comes to sound, although still providing the airflow vital to adequately cool my (rather substantially) overclocked elements. Price. But you get your funds's worth.

Super quiet, moves lots of air even with the ultra-low-noise adapter. A small pricey, but worth it. Why do all my Noctua items come from the RMA warehouse?

None ColorValue it's not quieter than equivalent fans at the very same rpm and air flow. I returned this fans in exchange to enermax which have almost the exact same noise, but push twice as a lot.

Sturdy plastic. It looks low cost and chinsy, but it actually keeps almsot like metal!Moves a decent quantity of airThree unique fan speeds depending onj your flow rate/noise tradeoff desireRubber grommets had been goodFaily quiet Not as quiet as I was lead to think. Was upgrading my computer from a water cooled pc employing the Zalman Reserator(passive water cooling) making use of the ZeroTherm passive CPU cooler, and the Zalman passive GPU cooler, and I wanted just a slight influx of air to my case.I do not tolerate any sort of noise(coming from a complety passivly water cooled pc, and unfortunatly these are not dead silent. They ARE incredibly quiet, seriously they are, but they make about as considerably noise as a quiet difficult drive spinning, which is not completely quiet. I presently have two installed on the ultra low noise setting. It's pretty quiet, but nowhere close to as quiet as my Zalman reserator which is truly pin drop dead quiet.I recognize that fans do require to make some noise, but my Antec Neo Energy 80mm fan is quieter. A little dissapointed with noise level. But all round satisfied with the item.

They move a lot of air with extremely tiny noise. Even at complete speed they aren't loud, but when operating them at medium speed they're nearly completely silent. These issues are quiet and move air. I've been waiting for them to release a 92mm and they have (a bit ago but I require some new 92mm's now)I'm restocking and replacing older noisier fans.I've had lots of Noctura fans for 2 years and they (both my eight - 120mm and ten - 80mm) are nevertheless functioning fantastic and quiet in the quite a few computers I have them in. Price tag but you get what you pay for from time to time and if you want quiet and a fan that can still move air these are it. Tan'ish color isn't the best but I didn't acquire them for looks I bought them to be quiet and move air.I do clean them each 6 months with compressed air just to keep the dust at bay.

Noctua NF-P12-1300 CPU Cooler and Case Fan
Cons:Noisy at medium or high speeds

Pros:Quiet at low speedGood airflow
Comment:
It works well, and is very quiet, as long as you keep the speed down at it's lowest setting. At medium, or high, it is fairly loud. I guess the volume of air it pushes might be more than other fans, but it is about the same noise level as my previous fans, and those did not as much.It also is not PWM (My bad for not reading that) so you better be happy with the speed adapters or have a fan controller if you want to really adjust the speed so it isn't noisy. If you get it on sale it is a good deal, otherwise grab another brand that has PWM and for less money.

Man these fans are really the very best of the greatest. They are super quiet, output ALOT of air, and did I mention how quiet they are? These rubber pegs for mounting the fans are a discomfort if you dont have space to maneuver!High priced. They look like they are flemsy, but truly thats decieving. They are genuinely solid (almost like meta!) and place out a fairly decent quantity of air. They are worth the extra income if your going for silence.

Very Quiet, cool style, it's not like each and every other common black fan out there Disappointing airflow I got this to replace the Delta AFC1212DE I have, considering the Noctua would be a better, quieter fan. I have to say I'm disappointed in it's lack of air flow compared to the delta.Good fan, just not the flow I was seeking for to take care of my Asetek cpu water cooler. It'll be perfect for cooling my ram nevertheless, so in the finish I created out just fine.

Comment:
This fan moves a ton of air and is practically dead silent. The instant you take this fan out of the box you know that you have bought a high good quality solution. I have purchased a lot of case fans, and I have fallen in like with these Noctuas. My case temps dropped drastically soon after putting in several Noctuas. 5 stars! None-- suck it up and spend a little far more for some high quality. You will not regret it.

Comment:
Really solid product. This fan comes with many Noctua heatsinks and is fairly quiet at total speed. I'm extremely impressed with Noctua as a entire. So far as their merchandise, packaging, and even their instructions are top notch. Out of almost everything my only ding on this is for the ŗɈ Pin Adapter" description. Ultimately this is a three pin fan and the four pin adapter refers to the molex adapter (which in reality is 2pin). At initially glance you may not catch that and think it's a 4pin pwm with a 3pin adapter. There is nothing at all 4pin smart in the package so don't be mislead by that. Noctua and/or newegg must seriously transform the description on that. Once more, Noctua makes some wonderful goods and I'd advise checking out their heatsinks. I seriously wish they did have a 4pin pwm 120mm fan although.

supposed to be extremely incredibly quietfantastic 120mm situation fan i don't feel it is a superior CPU cooler alternative for Intel's motherboards with 4 pin CPU coolers. this 1 is 3 pin, and as such restricted in manage. i kept the scythe fan on the CPU cooler.

Comment:
I just got this these days, and I ought to say this rocks. Unlike the saying "don't judge a book by its cover" may possibly hold some truth, it absolutely doesn't apply for case fans. The box that it came with had a quite informative tidbit about the fan's characteristics, which I have hardly ever observed. Next, the fan's primary three pin connector is sleeved in black, and very professionally. Proper when I plugged the fan into the PSU i could barely hear anything in addition to the whoosh of the air. The fan also comes with two adapters with resistors that lower the amount of juice the fan gets; nonetheless, I don't feel most folks will ever use those. I at the moment have this as a side intake fan, and the airflow is adequate to cool my graphics card. Also, 4 rubber fan mounts are integrated. I would purchase a 25 dba version as long as it had a lot more CFM. Even so, its far more than sufficient. I bought this during a sale, when it was 19.99. Thats far more sensible than what it is now even though I'm writing this, which is 25.99. Even so, these are a great worth for individuals who want a very good compromise among silence and CFM. On the other hand, I wouldn't considerably a tiny much more noise for a bit more static pressure and airflow. All in all, a excellent product from Noctua. I will surely obtain much more from these guys.

Comment:
This is very easily the most quiet fan I've ever purchased. The Ultra-low-noise connector makes these fans definitely silent (except for the sound of moving air) unless you have place your ear ideal behind the fan (in which case it's nevertheless very quiet). Color. It's not even a major con for me. Honestly my case has no windows and I don't commit a lot of time searching at it. Honestly they could be neon pink and green and I'd nevertheless get them for the efficiency. Other fans I've tested are the Scythe S-Flex E and D, the generic Lian-Li fans which come in the situation, and the Antec Tricools. The S-Flex fans have a greater pitched sound to all of them and this wouldn't be a difficulty in most comp. situations, I feel, but my full tower, all aluminum, Computer-A70 Lian-Li case amplified the pitch (since the pitch is all the exact same with individuals fans) and made tons of reverb. The Antec Tricools make a substantially lower-pitched noise and made considerably much less noise in my tower. This Noctua fan beats them all as an intake fan. It's especially created to deal with obstructions (like cpu heatsinks and tricky drives). Noctua tends to make other fans, which newegg doesn't carry at the moment, for exhaust.

Quiet fan that moves a fair bit of air. The supplied cables slow the fan down to make it quieter. The install came with some rubber shock absorbers that had been not described in the installation manual, but there was information on their internet site. I would favor that the supplied manual show how to use these.

As soon as I tore this child out of the package and felt her in my hands, I knew I was holding some thing that was built with good quality, believed, and care. This issue pushes a lot of air for having a max RPM of a small more than 1300 - 1400. The most surprising point is with this fan you don't have to substitute speed for noise. She is silent! I'm employing this as a front air intake fan. It dropped my situation temperature 5 degrees. ࿃c to 30c) None. (People can complain about the color scheme all they want. If you're strolling your Pc down a fashion runway and this is a problem for you, pick up something more desirable to subdue your vanity! I'm satisfied, and much more importantly Cool camper.
