Great fans near silent. you can only hear the air being pushed via no motor noise no bearing noise. moves a considerable amount of air for getting so quiet. get a fan controller and turn them down and they turn into 100% silent. none six year warranty so even if you get unlucky your covered.

Comment:
Quite quiet fans, they sound and feel "high qulity". These factors are a Son Of a Witch to install. The rubber standoff's that are utilized to replace the screws could use a small more engineering. They are not very rigid sufficient exactly where you can press the fan into place, and pulling them through the fan with hemostats tends to make you consider you are going to destroy them. I assume it took me longer to install these fans than it did to put the rest of the technique together. They are worth it, but just be forewarned. And, as previously mentioned, the ugly color. I'm glad I spent the cash to get these high high quality fans.

Comment:
Have two of them undertaking push/pull on a Hyper 212+ and they're excellent. ...I'll by no means know what in jebus' name possessed them to pick the pink/brown color scheme, but I haven't had to appear at them given that installation so no huge deal. Fuglyness aside, as soon as you hold a single of these fans in your hands and see/hear it spin up for the very first time, it becomes obvious that a lot of science and appreciate went into crafting these gems. They push a lot of air and operate smooth as silk. Like greasing up a raw brisket and hurling it down a slip-n-slide. (I'd wager these fans are just as delicious as well, but haven't tried). Nutshell: Effective and grizzly-ugly, like Clint Eastwood. Obtain. Fugly. Chocolate-on-raw-chicken color scheme. Don't let this deter you from acquiring even though. Get you one particular. (Or numerous).

Noctua NF-P12-1300 CPU Cooler and Case Fan
Cons:a bit on the pricey side for fans

Pros:Ultra quiet (as the name implies), air volume movement that you can feel
Comment:
I've only started ramping up my component speeds but the temperature in the case has remained constant and cool. The fans are so quiet and yet when you hold your hand a foot over the top of the case you can feel the exhaust movement. Great product.

Noctua NF-P12-1300 CPU Cooler and Case Fan
Cons:- A touch pricy

Pros:- Near silent operation with the normal 12v- Packaged accessories
Comment:
I've always had (and preferred) noisy fans in my builds from the Deltas to Vantec Tornados for maximum performance so to say the least I was a little out of sorts (and amazed) at how quiet they are when I turned off my other computer which had a still noisy m 7v Delta and Sanyo 80mm. They are indeed not silent but given the air they push it's probably one of the best choices. Really liked all the included accessories which makes the prices for one of these a little easier to swallow. Quality component and worth the money.

Super very fan. Dead silent. I also personal two 80mm fans that are in an htpc. This factor is wonderful. Worth the additional income. None This is for an UNRAID server to keep my drives cool. 23 degrees at complete read and write.

Wow, this factor moves tons of air. It feels solid, all the components have a noticeable weight to them. Lengthy power cord. NOISY! Ugly flesh color. I don't get how other men and women can call this factor quiet. Possibly compared to a stock processor fan running at complete speed, but not compared to other 120mm fans. This fan was by far the loudest component in my laptop or computer. This includes the power supply. I didn't leave it in there for quite long, it a lot more than doubled the noise my computer makes.I'm not positive how the grooves cut into the blades are supposed to make this thing quieter or much more efficient. If anything, they appear to make more noise. I a lot prefer my Scythe S-Flex fans, which are so silent I can't even tell they're on from 6" away.At least I got it for no cost... I at some point threw it into my pile of spare fans. Perhaps it'll come in handy some time.

Comment:
Such a quiet fan that I had to get two. I purchased the new cooler master V6 GT series for my i7 when it initially came out. I thought since I had the V8 on my previouse construct and worked well and was quiet. That this cooler would do superior since its dual fan. Well I was wrong. the fans are very loud, sounds like server fans. So I read alot and thanks to all your positive critiques, I thought id purchase 1 for test, When I got it from newegg which let me say was superfast shipping. I test it out and was blown away as its too quiet, Nicely the airflow was superior and I decided to acquire the second one particular. Well this this factor keeps my i7 950 cool and quiet. the case fans getting the Half X are actually louder than these. I have to have the LED on to know the rig is on. I thank everybody whos reviewed these fans. as you had been the ones who helped me decide. These are not cons but since I have no room to type I need to have the space. Well the only factor that could be alittle odd is the color as its creamy color with brown blades, but hey its a trademark of theres and as other people use color to stand out. Why would everyone take into account it a poor thing because ive noticed men and women with christmas lights in their systems so what tends to make this any distinct. Why lessen an egg for this as I know what i purchased when looking for fans, I want to show who cools my method. the stock fans that came with the V6 cooler are honestly junk thinking of the price. but hey you get what you pay for. so if your organizing on a critical develop than be prepaired to fork out the money. mickey mouse is not alowed in my rig. If the Noctua family is reading this. Please take into account in minimizing the costs as it is somewhat high as I paid close to 70 for the pair. And if you program on fabricating bigger fans please let me know, as well as u should start to think about color alterations just as an alternative. im using 200 and 230mm case fans so id like to upgrade. Thanks once again and keep creating thos great and super quiet fans

- amazing develop quality- whisper quiet- a lot of install choices - none I own six of these fans. I also personal their cpu cooler. You can't go wrong with these. Noctura fans prove that you get what you spend for!! They maintain my Antec 193 case very cool even with an more than-clocked i7 12gig of ram and two graphic cards. They have no mechanical sound at all. Just the sounds of flowing air!

It will move a lot of air. This is not a quiet fan. When installing the U.L.N.A. to lower the sound level, to start off the fan you have to give it a flick with your finger. There are substantially far better fans at a much lower price tag.

Terrific as case fans, even though they were only employed in my old case for like a week. I'm holding onto these to do H50 push/pull, when I really get an H50. They come with all kinds of nifty factors, including adapters and rubber vibration control screws. They are quiet. Even with out the low noise adapter. Ugly? Perhaps? The box is genuinely cool. Just saying.

Quiet, fairly good airflow A tiny much more airflow wouldn't hurt. Each and every fan can run at three speeds, though a different power adapter is utilised to toggle the speeds. I run it at full sped and they are still really quiet.

Pros:Quiet and lots of air movement through my coolermaster hyper 212
Comment:
I replaced the stock fan on my hyper 212 with one of these and on the backside the air being blown through is pretty impressive. My i7 2600k overclocked to 4.5ghz idles at 18-20*C and only 51*C under prime stress test with this fan and it's not even audible without opening up the case.

Works nicely and moves about the same amount of air as the fans included with the Lian Li case, but they are substantially a lot more quiet. Construction is also considerably far more solid. Not as quiet as I expected. I guess I wanted close to silence.

This the quietest fan for the CFM (which is 54.3 CFM). I have 5 of these in my case and they are silent (you can only hear the air moving via the case). Just about every evaluation I've read has been spectacular. A truly great fan. They're pricey - but worth it for a silent computer. They are not high CFM - but three of these are quieter than 1 louder fan.

Pros:-Dead silent in my fractal R3-Pushes a lot of air
Comment:
I'm overall very satisfied with this product, I have it attached to my coolit eco for a push full configuration and it works beautifully and decreased the temps by a few degrees without adding to the noise even at 100% fan speed in my R3 case.

Pros:Good air movement with low noise
Comment:
They are not silent. They are very quiet though. Considering the air they move the noise is very liveable. I use it in my WHS2011 build which is on 24/7 and they are quiet enough they don't bother us at all in a medium sized condo.
