Comment:
This mouse is Awesome!!! Compared to my 400 dpi wireless Logitech mouse/keyboard. now I just use the keyboard and this mouse when i play COD WaW. Ahead of I purchased this mouse I was an typical player even although i play COD A LOT! Now at the end of just about every match im in the top rated like 4 or so and even the very best player of the match. It is very smooth and correct when you will need it. But prob most of all that I noticed, again comparing it to my wireless mouse, is that I think it registers my mouse moments more rapidly and more accurate. I can't inform you how significantly my COD has improved due to the fact of this mouse. and i didn't modify my techniques at all. -cord length is perfectly long the only con i can feel of is that everytime i turn my computer on i have to manually set my dpi settings up to the complete 3200. It always turns on to the 400 dpi and that tends to make the mouse move seriously slow, quite annoying. My father utilizes my computer and he cant even log into his e mail let alone figure out my crazy looking mouse.-wanted the r.a.t. 7 but didnt want to invest the added cash for it. yes im low-cost. -I dont use the profile functions on this mouse. I dont know what they do, how to set it up, and mainly i dont think i would even use it.-I just discovered out that i can adjust the palm rest on my mouse?? according to a single of the critiques on newegg. cool :)-no glitchy mouse broken buttons or anything on my mouse.-looks like it came out of the movie transformers.-in my opinion, unless you got one more 50 bucks under the couch id say just acquire this issue.

Excellent mouse, requires a day or two to get utilised to the layout but otherwise I loved it. DPI buttons are good even although I don't use them ingame, plus there's LEDs for nerds like me. Cord is a nice flexible fiber: I would have preferred wireless but it doesn't get in the way considerably if at all. All buttons are snappy and responsive.Software program is pretty decent too. I haven't had it lengthy sufficient to try out the button programming, but 4 on the fly DPI settings was rather handy (I use 400dpi for [mostly] FPS gaming and 1000dpi on desktop). The web site says it's adjustable from 400 in 100dpi actions, and on the box it says in 400dpi actions, but the actual software is in 200s, which is lots good. I don't see any individual seriously needing to adjust to 100dpi precision, and if you do it's just much easier to write a script or two. Broke down soon after 2.five weeks. Friend suggested that it's a laser diode issue: it's like the laser is badly tuned (or extremely variable) to the distance out of the mouse onto the mousepad. Tons of skipping is now occurring and the cursor flails about with any sort of semi-rapid movement. (running about 11° per 360)The actual deal breaker is that the one particular I have now (and am returning) is that this IS a replacement to start with: the 1st mouse I was sent arrived in precisely this condition. With mail it took about a week to get this new 1, which is pretty quick, but for any standard scrimming or matches, one particular week with a backup mouse (especially when I need a low DPI one and don't have it) is as well much of a dilemma. Plus, of course, it was about Ű to send it back. Twice. Honestly, it's a shame, because I was really starting to like it and thought it was just a negative luck draw. Not willing to try a third time, sending it back for what ever's left of a refund I can get, and ordered the MX 518. Hope that will go better. First disappointing order from Newegg, which was bound to happen sooner or later I guess. Pal wanted to get the RAT9, which given this and that it's 贶, has been turned off. gg, try something else.

Good size. Some may well say a little as well large. I enjoy the appear! 4 constructed in Adjustable dpi settings. Two macro keys with a button to transform the macros 3 instances. Not actually a con but the macro keys are just a forward And back button you can hotkey. I also can't actually bring myself to use the button that switches in between the sets of hotkeys. As well much button pressing for one thing you may well need to have to occur quickly in a game I got this mouse for ฽ and I consider it a steal: )

Smooth operation. Wonderful appears. Higher resolution. It's twitchy. As others have said the mouse pointer jumps around. If I let it sit or attempt to move it slow for anything precise, it jumps all more than. Overlook sniping or accurately selecting files for that matter. I have updated the drivers, attempted several USB ports, and all of the resolution settings to no avail.

This mouse is quick and responsive (when moving the mouse rapidly, anyways.) Extremely twitchy (Running Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate). If a single tries to move the mouse gradually, the cursor will twitch randomly. Neglect trying to snipe with this mouse... No a single else seemed to mention this dilemma, but it's been ongoing for me and I've updated all the drivers to windows 7 64-bit. Be wary when considering about purchasing this solution. it's a quite evil looking mouse.

Have had it for a day now, I'm impressed with how it operates. Almost everything is incredibly reactive and sensitive but not so terrible that it messes items up. Appears cool/dark...if your into that type of stuff. Quite comfy. DPI adjustment is odd to reduce but I'll get use to it.Not adjustable but that comes with the other ones. Its replacing my gearhead laser mouse. In no way employed a mouse actual programmable buttons.

I am a little worried now that Saitek is owned by MadCatz but the good quality appears fine time will tell. A small a lot more weight would be fantastic but the higher models can be adjusted for that.

Amazing seeking mouse,Very smooth on my mousepad,Left and ideal click performs nicely,Effortless hookup You have to press the thumb buttons quite difficult in order for them to react. 1 of them doesn't even function at all often, which is why I had to RMA this mouse. The buttons are also extremely far down on the mouse, which makes it tough to use occasionally. Disappointed!

Operates good! Smooth tracking! I have regular typical sized hands... This is the most uncomfortable mouse I have EVER employed. Following twenty minutes of game play, my hand is killing me... This is a fantastic mouse, but the design and style is fairly horrible in my opinion. I'm not positive no matter whether to lay my fingers flat on the buttons, or to place my palm on it and hang my fingers off the end of it. It's just horrible for me to play any FPS or WoW for a single hour. My knuckles burn and my fingers get stiff, and I have by no means had this kind of issue with any other mouse I've ever owned.

Excellent tracking and excellent for gaming... It could use a pinky rest that is certain... I have to update my earlier assessment. This is a claw grip mouse... Not a palmer... This is exactly where all my difficulties stemmed from. It certainly hurts like **** if you in fact lay your hand on it.Visualize yourself gripping a racket ball in your hand. Now hold the mouse in that manner, crank up the DPI and BAM!I've had no tracking problems.

I Just got this mouse simply because I ruined my Logitech keyboard and mouse combo, so I decided to obtain this mouse and the Saitek Eclipse 2 keyboard. The DPI settings are extraordinary for individuals interested in interchangeable sensitivity. It looks evil and feels fantastic. The only points that I have against this mouse is that I cant adjust the scroll to a hyper scroll setup which I had on my old mouse so thats gonna take some time to get used to, I also wish it came with some interchangeable wieghts mainly because it feels a small too light to me, but not worth taking an egg off.

Responsive... it can adjust among 4 levels of sensitivity employing the two buttons behind the wheel, and you can modify these levels with the computer software.Great Weight (for me at leastƝ programmable buttons... although that doesn't seem like a lot on a "Gaming Mouse" There are 3 modes to opt for from working with the button to the left of the main button. You can leave one for online browsing (standard setup) and the other 2 modes for games. You can even set up macros. Braided Cord... No more of the mouse cord obtaining stuck behind a glass or some thing on the desk, and pushing the mouse 3 inches back the second you take your hand off of it. This cable is incredibly versatile...Ergonomic... I have bigger than average hands, and this point fits excellent. The computer software froze when installing it from the disc (I'm operating Windows 7 64bit)... I had to reboot using the energy button on my Pc, Ctrl+Alt+Del didn't even function. Immediately after rebooting, I downloaded the driver and software from cyborggaming.com, installed them both, and it worked just fine. One of the ŗ Programmable Buttons" is the wheel button. Just preserve that in thoughts, 2 thumb buttons and the wheel button...Looks... I'm on the fence on whether or not this thing looks actually cool, or just strange. Due to the fact this doesn't have the adjustments of the larger end models (RAT five and 7) it appears that they could have place a strong physique on it instead of all the little panels. Might turn into a dirt-nest.This IS a MadCatz product. Even though they have stepped up their top quality fairly a bit in the last few years, the name nonetheless leaves a negative taste in my mouth. All of this is nitpicking. All issues regarded as, nonetheless not enough to knock off 1 egg. For these who are nonetheless wary, MadCatz merged with Saitek, and this mouse was originally developed by Saitek. I don't know why I tried installing from the disc, It's often much better to get the newest driver and computer software from the manufacturer's website. Though the box says "Windows 7 blah blah blah", you don't know when that disc was made. This point is fantastic for a casual to medium gamer. If you want something a tiny much more customizable with additional buttons, look at the RAT 5, or far better however, the RAT 7... That issue was tempting, but out of my price tag range for a mouse. This is a lovely compromise of excellent, function, and value.

Sleak/cool lookingDPI alterations at a click of a buttongood scroll wheel NO WEIGHTS, quite light mouseI'm 6Ɗ and this mouse is extremely tiny for my hand, not a great really feelBrief cord, maybe four feet. Its half my fault, but when you’re spending โ on a "gaming" mouse, I assumed that this was going to be a sweet mouse. The mouse does not even have weights, and my regular ŭ Microsoft mouse was truly a lot more comfortable. There is nothing "gamer" about this mouse apart from the DPI settings; and by the way, 3200 DPI is insanely quick, you do not will need something far more. I bought this since it had 25 reviews and all were four stars or better. I really should have researched them a lot more closely. I did not want a fancy programmable bottoms mouse, but was looking for a good large heavy mouse that would not slide/jerk when using it for a extended period of time, and this is not it.

Super light weight compared to my old Logitech MXLaser. I purchased this for my laptop. Its sexy, light correct and the a number of settings are great. It isn't wireless but when I obtain a R.A.T. for my desktop, I will by the 9. Far more than worth it for the cost. For the individuals who reviewed this mouse and said it was 'skipping' or 'jumping' Did you ever try a flat surface with a Great mouse pad. I had no skipping on my glass desk with a excellent mouse pad.

Very responsive, light mouse clicks, nice aggressive appear. four DPI settings for various apps. incredibly precise pointer A++++. A bit on the light side as far as weight. The other gaming mice have numerous weights you can add. I myself prefer a heavier mouse but it is stall so very good I wont trade it. I like how there are 4 adjustable modes for the DPI settings. The usb cord for the mouse is a great nylon net housed wire, not the stiff plastic one like most other individuals. Wired > Wireless often.

I'm basing this assessment on only getting taking the item out of the package... I am holding off on installing it till I install my new HDD, but I intend to follow up.So essentially, only determined from the construction and style of the mouse, I'm rating it 5Ǜ. This issue is lightweight, ergonomic and seems genuinely solid. Even though it looks like a Transformer toy, it doesn't appear like any of the parts are flimsy. Aside from misuse (slamming it in frustration) I can't see something breaking. All the buttons have good click to them, but I have no clue how responsive something is yet. It's advertised as 3 button, and I don't know if I'm just out of touch, but there is also a set of "forward" and "back" buttons on the thumb side of the mouse. The USB cable is that braided nylon, which I feel it brilliant. It's really flexible and appears quite durable and plenty extended. Incredibly pleased with this aspect. I'm employed to my old mouse getting an illuminated mouse wheel. When I play in the dark, it's simple to find. This is by no signifies a fault of the product, just one thing I will have to get utilized to. The item is listed as a item of the manufacturer, Saitek on the web-site. This brand is not listed anyplace on the packaging. Rather it is labeled as a item of MadCatz. Don't know if this is an error or if the businesses are somehow connected, and I don't know if this matters to any individual. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Very programmable, extremely nice travel on left and proper click buttons. Mouse wheel has a good soft click to it even though wheeling through.Adjustable DPI.Really comfy.3 modes to program macros and important combo's to on the fly.A lot of buttons. Just not the largest mouse in the globe. Wasn't rather big adequate for my hands. Not really as small as some laptop mice, but not as huge as some of the regular desktop mice. Not really as durable as other mice (step on this one, you're additional than likely going to be looking for a replacement), but that's to be understood, due to the fact nicely, this one is far more or much less 'deconstructed' by style, giving it a distinctive look and producing it considerably far more comfortable. For example, if you push on the end of the pinky rest, you can feel and see it notably bend and flex, but that's mainly because it's just a thin panel of molded plastic coated with soft-touch rubber. I Adore this mouse!! Virtually every thing is spot on great with this a single! Sadly adequate, it's not long sufficient (palm assistance) for my hand! I do, even so, feel it to be the excellent mouse for anybody who's hands aren't over sized like mine. I generally have a hard time locating mice that fit my significant hands anyways, and this mouse is no exception. Almost everything else is excellent, which is why I ordered the R.A.T 7, and I'm just going to sell this one particular to a single of my good friends.I would absolutely advise this mouse to anyone of average hand size for gaming; the capability to system macros and important combinations as you see fit, coupled with getting 3 distinct modes to bind issues to, tends to make it perfect for just about something. Flight simulators you're nevertheless very best off with a joystick, although.

I purchased this mainly because I'm tired of twitchy mice when I'm editing photos or playing CoD... the on-the-fly sensitivity adjustment is awesome (with an simply viewable row of LEDs to show you what setting you're on). The buttons are appropriate where I expect/need them to be. It's perfectly sized and shaped, the read "pad" region supports appropriate in the cup of my hand, so I really feel a lot more in control of the mouse, not just like I'm pushing it about on the desk. Note that I have smallish hands (I'm fiveƌ")... amazing item. None. I'm very pleased. Nicely, it's fairly cool looking, kinda evil, sitting on my desk, so it may possibly not be the most qualified looking mouse... but it's a good item (if it fits your hands, see "Pros" above).I don't use any special modes or anything, I just plugged it in, let Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit recognize it, and off I went...
