Sennheiser HD518 Open E.A.R Technology Open Circumaural Headphones 14-26000HZ 50 Ohm
Cons:A bit pricey when not on sale.

Pros:Very light and comfortable. Great deal if you get them on sale. Sound great. Detachable cable.
Comment:
First of all these are 50 ohm headphones so they sound good with a cellphone but are much better with an amp. The cable is VERY long and has a 1/4" plug which may be a benefit for some or not. It does come with a 1/4" to 3.5mm adapter and there are optional replacement cables available. I use them for gaming and music. For now, I use them with a sound blaster Z, positional audio is great. The sound signature is pretty flat but a little weak in the mids.

Sennheiser HD518 Open E.A.R Technology Open Circumaural Headphones 14-26000HZ 50 Ohm
Cons:slightly missing the mid, no protection case

Pros:Reasonable price, nice high, very clear bass. And the cable is also detectable. One of the greatest headphone in this price range.
Comment:
This headset is good for phone/tablet use, but of course, it works way better with a amplifier. IMO, it has a very good sound quality, but a bit lacking in the mid (maybe because I only use it for 1 day) I will recommend this headphone to someone want a cheap audiophile headphone.

Sennheiser HD518 Open E.A.R Technology Open Circumaural Headphones 14-26000HZ 50 Ohm
Cons:Sound leak through grill on high volume - for home use

Pros:Comfy, Amazing, Sennheiser
Comment:
These headphones sounded incredible from the moment I put them on, and if there is truly a break-in period as some say, and they're only going to get warmer - I probably won't tell... since I can't imagine any better. These headphones make my more expensive Audioengine A2 speakers sound like a Fisher Price toy, so that's kinda of a bummer. I don't think I'm going to mind wearing these all day though. They're very breathable thanks to the open ear grill. I remember hating how hot my Sony MDR V700's used to get after an hour. I've had these on for 4+ hours now and feel comfy even in this hot office with a ton of electronics acting as heaters.

Sennheiser HD518 Open E.A.R Technology Open Circumaural Headphones 14-26000HZ 50 Ohm
Cons:None so far.

Pros:Excellent sound quality, doesn't break the bank like some other high end headphones.
Comment:
I have owned a lot of cheapo headphones and even some gimmicky gamer headsets, and these blow them all away in terms of sound quality. Excellent value when pricematched.
