Cons:Remote is only way to control speakers.Hum with multiple inputs connected.Pretty weak at low volumes.No balance feature on remote.USB is just for charging.

Good speakers for $130. Hum is annoying between tracks. At low volumes the sound is compressed or muted. Opens up to great, clear room filling sound when loud. Have computer, phone, and mp3 connected. Agree that Simple Audio is better for low and average volume, better controls, but not as good loud. These can fill a large room. |

Pros:Very beautiful speakers .The sound is very accurate ,meiiow and balanced .The Bluetooth does a good job with no buzz or hiss.With my subwoofer they are a winner and qualify for audiophile taste . Comment:

Cons:Buzzing, very apparent via cables. Bluetooth does not give you the buzzing sound.

Aux 2 in sound always gives the buzzing sound. Really annoying. I plan to use the Aux 1 in line sounds and hooked up to a receiver. If that doesn't work I will probably just throw it downstairs for party occasions via bluetooth. |

There is definatly a hiss/hum when not playing, but it's not very loud. Sound quality is WAY BELOW expectations for a 500$ speakers set. For a quarter of that price on sale, meh, considering the convenience, the look and the build quality, I'd say it's not worth returning them.Side by side comparaison with Polk TSI 200, the Sinclair sound hollow, like cheap plastic Logitech 80$ speakers, minus the sub.Giving them 3 stars because I know how NCIX like to "review" 1 and 2 stars reviews, which end up never being published, but it's a 2 stars "It works, but Would NOT Purchase Again" product. |

These speakers buzz. A lot. If you've spent a lot of money on a nice water-cooling setup or just have a half decently quiet computer, the buzzing will drive you up the wall. They buzz even at zero volume, even when they're not connected to an audio source.Lots of connections and they look like nice speaker with a decent build quality, but again BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ...NCIX has taken real good care of me though, always coming back to these guys A++ service. |

Excellent build quality (heavy, wood, awesome looking woofer / tweeter), clear, detailed, and LOUD sound. Mids slightly recessed so may not be the best option for musicians.My only worry is that all controls (input switch / On Off / Bluetooth pairing / EQ / Volume) are on the included remote. The remote is very basic / old school in design. I plan to contact the manufacturer to order a backup because otherwise these speakers are miles ahead of any others on the market in this (sale) price range. |
These speakers look better than I had expected: nice size, nice finish. By holding them one can instantly get a feeling of "premium, solid build".The sound is nice and mellow, warm. I am currently using them in my living-room for when we have company. Will move them outside for summer entertaining. I have 0 regrets for buying these speakers (at the incredible $129 price). I have them paired with all my wireless devices in the home plus the computer.Buzz. There IS a constant buzz coming out of them, however after research and tests I have come to the conclusion that the source is not the speakers themselves, but the other electronics around them. The buzz is constant no matter how much you increase the volume. It is also barely noticeable (I have to put my ear 2 inches away to hear it), but it's there. With all being said, I am seriously thinking of using these as my TV speakers. I would buy another pair for bedroom, but only when on sale.
