Bought 3 of them and only 1 of them operates half way correctly. They run for a while then go stupid and don't seem to know what to do. Gave them as gifts and the 30 day return policy ran out. You are wasting your money on this product.

I was disappointed with the image quality. Horizontal lines are visible and the view angle drops off very fast unless you are looking perpendicular to the screen.

The quality of this digital picture frame is terrible. I sent the first one back that I had bought for my husband for Father's Day as it died after one week of use. The replacement that was sent to me died after two days of use. I would not recommend that anyone purchase this frame.

Comment:
Nice product - Displays pictures well - runs only off the AC Wall plug. If it loses power it does not remember your settings. Settings are very limited to direction the picture is displayed (0 -90- 180 -270- ) and if the whole picture is displayed or if the displays autocrop feature is used (allow most pictures to be displayed full screen with some cut off). This product will not let you select how long a picture is displayed for though all pictures are displayed for roughly the same amount of time (the determining factor is the size of the jpg file)
