Carefully read the small manual looking for directions on which port combos should be used. No info I can find in manual. Spent an afternoon trying to get a 2 disk 2 Tb Raid 1 to run. Setup, 'Y' to create, Give Up after x hours, reboot, delete  'Degraded Raid', try different setup, repeat loop. Finally found a post on line that said "Success is instant - there is no wait". OK, something obviously wrong.Hmm, maybe try different card ports. Switch from 1 and 2 to 1 and 3, and success is indeed instant.So if the card needs drives to be on certain ports to run properly, why not tell the user?Aside from wasting hours of my time, product does what was advertised and runs well. Transfer speeds quite adequate by my standards.Would have given it 4 stars, except for the issue re: the manual.
