* Lots of cooling* The metal frame seems sturdy* Desirable case + looks good with colored fans * Top rated fan slots aren't truly usable. With a Mobo in there, the fans going to be blocked by your ram.* There was a short in the front USB ports on mine. Plugged it into diverse slot on Mobo and persisted. Would freeze pc or restart it by just touching a usb plug to the other metal element of the female end on personal computer. Idk if it wasn't grounded properly or what, other than that it was fine. I didn't get this at newegg as I was impatient (needed it on a weekend). Took me an afternoon to troubleshoot the problem, believed it may possibly have been Mobo. Replaced it with a various case and so far so fantastic. Most likely just a fluke as I dont other individuals with this problem and Thermaltake has been a great brand for me so far, have 2x of their lower finish 430w PSU and they've lasted forever.

Got this case to construct a computer system for my recording studio. Just really like it all th evaluations on how loose and easy the case could break are just wrong they ought to have gotten a negative bunch this case is wonderful. It comes with one fan but alot of space to add alot far more. none Wish it had a lot more cdrom slots or for me space to add about two a lot more hotswap drives. It only comes with a single fan wich sucks. The power provide is at the bottom which is nice but tough to wire if you are making use of an older power supply. More than all the case is solid and will look good with a custom paint job.

Came with comboA tiny smaller than an additional Mid Tower case I have, but that was what I was hoping for.A lot of area for fan placements and incredibly light.Though I have a lot of Con's it's performing what I want it to do :) 1. Absolutely not as sturdy as i expected.two. As others have currently mentioned documentation is HORRENDOUS. If you haven't currently built a technique and require to read step by step, this will be a treat.3. The two spots for fans on the leading of the case, worry me a bit as they are suitable more than my MOBO and could be trouble if some thing falls into it...4. I was expecting a tool less installation for the five.25 bay's and the 3.5, which was not correct. Necessary to use screws to secure5. Bothers me that the Expansion slots, when you eliminate the "cover" for the slot, you have to break off the metal attachment. Then it won't secure back, so you'll have this random gaping hole in the PCI expansions if you come to a decision to not use it anymore. I built two other systems prior to working with Cooler Master circumstances and in my opinion, my expectation was fairly high, so this failed to deliver that type of regular.Though once more it worked for what I wantedUtilised this for a VMWare whitebox employing vsphere hypervisor

I got this case even following reading the bad evaluations, mainly because it was on sell, and I had high hopes in it.I got the case, and I took the motherboard out of my old tower, and speedily put it in this one. It's incredibly good.My old case was an OEM, with 60mm fans on it. I have a P5N-D, with a Core two Quad in it, with dual Geforce 8600 GT (silent). The case I had it in cooled like this:CPU: 130렩GPU: 140롂With this case, temperatures look like:CPU: 110렕GPU: 120렟It runs a lot better, a lot cooler, and a lot quieter with 120mm fans.I also did the Black paint job with blue LEDs in the fan. I was able to use one of the leading fans, but one of the tops I couldn't mount at all.The metal is soft feeling alone, and extremely light, but when the board is mounted, it feels solid. I construct custom PCs. I am taking into consideration working with these circumstances for them now. It is a nice case. Would get again, would suggest.

-Cheap case-fairly light-lots of space -the manual is truly vague-the top rated fan port is to close to the motherboard-(on my motherboard) the rear fan is sort of in the way of some stuff If you wanted to you can really fit another 120mm fan on the grill/mesh the 4 corners of the fan match up with the corners of the mesh/grill

Good design not adequate clearance to mount a regular sized front fan, 1 of the 2 on prime, and the bottom a single. overall i actually like this case, i was just disappointed on their clearance concerns on most of their case fan mounting points. If you are going to advertise tool much less design then supply all the mounting locations with the tool much less pieces. They only provide a single per device.

Great air flow, inexpensive, nice black case with a 17-18 decibel 120mm blue led exhaust fan. A lot of space, and a good first time build case. When I ordered the case I was far more impressed with it that what the website says about it when it arrived at my home. Oh and this case barly has any plastic on it. It's all primarily metal mesh even believed the description says plastic atx tower. Nicely I knew that the top 120mm mount wouldn't perform due to the tight clearing space, due to the fact of the ram getting put in the slots. But that not that big of a challenge. That's seriously the only negative portion about the case. I due advocate obtaining at least one particular 120mm intake fan from the front. From coolmaster it has 19 decibels and the air flow is 69.3 CMF The fan runs at 2000 rpm Only expenses 8.99 + 1.99 shipping they come in blue, red and green leds.. Effectively worth the upgrade to cool down my Evga 460 GTX 758mb super clocked. I did it to preserve my 460gtx's fan quiet considering that it likes to ramp up loudly sometimes from the heat. Space for 5 x 120mm fans. A filtered bottom power supply air entry. Good interior Paint, superb layout, great cooling style, sturdy buttons. Very thin metal, can be bent simply, becareful. Only comes with one particular 120mm fan. Overall a excellent case, I would spend a lot more for one with a couple of far more fans though.

Inexpensive, not too flashy This case is Particularly FLIMSY. It's been a small bent from just putting in the back plate (the labels for mouse/keyboard/VGA etc.) They've also placed filters exactly where they weren't required. Rather of a filter for the front fan, the drive bays are filtered. Seriously? It's like backwards logic. I only paid ษ for it, so it's sorta worth the cash. But this case is just too thin.

Although I did not order this case from newegg because they didn't have it at the time, this is a actual cash-saver. This takes the notion "you get what you pay for" and shatters it to its core, just like the AMD processors. none Newegg is possibly not going to recognize me as a verified owner, but I do own this case and it's the ideal money decision I've ever made when it comes to creating computers.

-ศ, on sale, if it was not I would not pay โ for this case-Great Air Flow-PSU air filter, which is necessary because its on the bottom of the case-will fit a micro ATX or ATX motherboard but do not go larger -Only one fan, had to mount a front fan to cool HD-case sides slightly flimsy -Best mount fan holders are too close to the motherboard, can be complicated to place a fan there if you have a big heat sink-Adding hard drives is subsequent to impossible if you have a graphics card installed, i had to get rid of the card to add added challenging drive. -Plastic drive items are useless, removed and utilised screws-Also cable management is a problem, as there is extremely small clearance among the MB mount and the outer cover. Better high quality than most other lower-priced instances, if you're on a budget this case will serve you nicely.Quite roomy interior, a lot of space for whatever you may possibly need to add. I like the all-black interior Front headphone jack is unusable due to "background noise" being added... some type of audio interference, I don't know.Tool-much less created parts feel inexpensive and there's only sufficient for 1 difficult drive and one optical drive. Why are there round areas for internal fans at the best of the case, when you could in no way fit any fans up there because they would be overlapping the motherboard?

My 1st impression of this case was that it was perfect for the gaming systems i am creating. It looks wonderful, has plenty of room to perform in for bigger graphics cards, and is fairly expandable as far as optical and tough drives are concerned. I was a small disappointed that the top fan slot is blocked by my ram. I don't know if a thinner fan may well fit, but the normal thickness fans, like the one sold on the back of the case press against the ram pretty snug. ATTENTION - This case only ships with one fan. It is a wonderful case, with space for a number of much more, but there is only 1 included. I ordered one of these for a pals program i was developing, and ended up just pulling a fan from my rig for the front case slot. All in all I strategy to get a couple more of these, which includes 1 for my own technique. I did a develop in a RAIDMAX Smilodon a few years back, and ended up keeping it for myself. From the looks of this case, it ought to have much cooler temps, do to the added air flow..

None. I sent in my rebate the same day I purchased the pc case with all the needed documentation obviously for the duration of the rebate window. I purchased 1 of these at a neighborhood computer shop. They declined the rebate suitable off the bat citing they did not know which day I bought the laptop case even although that's printed on the receipt I sent them. Don't expect these guys to honor any rebates. I will not be obtaining anymore Thermaltake situations.

Decent case, at initially I believed the two leading vents had been usless but with a hyper 212+ installed it ends up blowing hot air directly out the rear vent. Have a 120 standard size fan installed in the front upper slot, you can't mount it to via the holes where it's designed to mount, instead put the screws by means of the vent holes, works fine. Good searching case, feels flimsy all apart but gets sturdy when it's all together. Has a cutout behind the mobo so you don't have to get rid of the mobo to install a new HSF. PSU can be mounted proper side up or upside down to suck air from case or bottom of case, good touch. Tool much less parts are junk, and they don't give you sufficient for all the slots. I threw them away and used screws for every little thing. It's a extremely tight reach for my psu wires to reach the best of the mobo Ƙ pin power wire). Wish the best mount fan could be mounted correctly in the mesh, just looks a small off, no massive deal although. The side window is nice, but all you see on my case is a large 'cooler master' logo from my HSF. Vent under the window is best for fresh air for my vid card. The case undoubtedly looks like it ought to price much more, so I'm content with it.

1. It's cheap.2. The appear. 1. Top fans will interfere with any of these: CPU cooler, CPU power connector, CPU fan connector and memory sticks. Fundamentally there will be open mesh on top of the case.2. In order to install PSU, 1 have to get rid of a PSU "holder", which is affixed with two screws. Useless.3. If one makes use of a longer PSU, 1 can't mount a fan on bottom.four. There are no fan filters. It will be a dust magnet. The dumbest case I have ever dealt with. What they were thinking?!?!

Cons:-Needs some cable management holes -Front panel for me was hard to get off -Needs a bigger window

Pros:-Great budget case -Picked up for $38 on sale-Black inside-Semi-tooless design -Comes with a blue LED fan-Dust filers -Lots of room for fans
Comment:
Very good budget case for the price, Lots of room for upgrading to crossfire, adding more HDDs and fans. Lots of air flow for good cooling. Other case manufacturers should take note BLACK insides. Has a tooless mounting design for HDD and dvd burner, wide enough to fit the coolermaster 212 plus cpu heatsink.

Keeps the components cool, sturdy, exactly as pictured. Only come with 1 fan, power supply cords have a tough time reaching the motherboard inputs, and it looks like its going to be difficult to put a 120x120x25mm fan on the best and bottom, a 1 with a depth of 12 could work. Good case, good price.

Thermaltake V3 Black Edition VL80001W2Z Black Computer Case With Side Panel Window
Comment:
Holds every thing I need. The painted inside is rather nice. Holds a lot of fans, drives, and effortlessly holds the larger graphics cards. Cable management is actually easy with this case. There is plenty of room for cables behind the 3.five" bays. Side window is where there would be a second fan grill on some cases. This works well, as large heatsinks would not allow the placement of a fan here anyway. Best section does not have sufficient room for the fans on the inside of the case, but the holes are nicely aligned to hold two 140 mm fans on the outside. Overall a truly great case. The lack of fan room on the top is kind of a killer although.
