operates well installed on XP sp3 with no mattersgets fantastic signal a single floor up from router dropps connection from time to time but it could be the old Dell desk leading not the card. I got this for my space mates Pc so he had wireless and stayed off my laptop. It worked nicely enough that he was pleased and so was I with the cost and getting my laptop to myself. he did say it would sometimes loose connection but his pc was a cranky old pentium three Dell optiplex.
