One point I got so say abot this cooler is that it glows blue to match the rest of the lighting in my case. A different issue I like about this fan is that's it is a slot fan. I know when I set up yet another asus video card to do the crosfire thingy with the tow cards, I'b going to have to shed the duel slot cooling fan. Maybe I'll install it above the top rated video card just to add a lot more light into the case and move some additional air about just so it doesn't stay stagnent I assume I would of liked this slot cooling fan a lot more if I could have changed the angles for which it sits. One set possition doesn't mean it's versital adequate for some system set ups. I'd like to be able to freely circulate are all through a case, not just blow variable speed air in one location, straight up at the cooling system of a video card or sound card. I would like to discover a reasonably price tag aftermarket coolingsystem for my Phenon processor, thermaltake make some quite nice aftermarket cooling systems for Intel and AMD.

Nice blue light to hold the case hunting stylish. Operating the speeds of the fan by sliding the knob. Incredibly quiet. Drop my video card temp three-5C based on the situation. For some purpose I notice that mine has a challenge with one particular of the fan blades that doesn't spin exactly as quickly as the other fan does and sometimes it doesn't even want to function at all. The other fan blade next to it operates best. If my fan blade would function correctly I would give this a perfect five. But since it doesn't I gave it a four. I would return it but newegg has helped me sufficient. So I try not to lead to a conflict. So in conclusion, I advocate you guys finding this if you want to cool your video card a bit.

Appears to function fine. Variable speed (in the back) glows. Loud if you turn it up, I mean extremely loud, I have 5 case fans (variable speeds each and every), big cpu fan, two psu fans, and the fan on my graphics card, and if I turn this up to max it can be heard more than all of them on higher. O.o On low it is not noticed nonetheless. No longer care about the glow, as my new case has built in led fans. Unit requires up a motherboard slot, so make certain you have 1 you are not going to use initially, I will be obtaining a new MB soon and will no longer have space for this. spare element box is in it's close to future. hehe

Cooled my GPU from a standard 67 C. to a nice 45 C. a bit loud, but no louder than my CPU fan so I dont care I have a AGP slot GPU, a GeForce 7600GS 512mb Superclocked. IT GETS HOT, even though running COD4 it was dang close to 90 degrees C. This is a Need to if your GPU does not have a fan on it, it moves alot of air =D

-Cools nicely, decreased my GPU temp. from 73C at 99% , to 63C-Effortless to use slider on back for adjusting speed. -Loud, at maximum setting can be very loud, not as bad at low.

Beast of a effective fan unit. Adore the speed handle on the back of pci card. Dropped Case temp ten degrees Celsius Loud when on max speed, but.... I don't particulary care because you can slow the fans down and it nonetheless works excellent on a medium speed. I have a single gtx 280 and even with its own heatsink/fan it runs actually hot in my case. This fan genuinely tends to make a difference I have it turned up all the way although in Left four dead and I can't here it behind the in game noise. SO, I guess what I am acquiring at is who cares if it is loud if it will price 20 bucks to maintain your stuff from burning up ; )

Price tagNoise (or lack thereof) Connected the 4 pin connector in conjunction with the 20 pin energy connector to my motherboard...and my pc would start off shutting down for seemigly no explanation.I unplugged the 4 pin energy connector...and it stopped shutting down. I did a tiny reading up on this energy provide just before I ordered it.It didn't cost an arm & leg, and so far it fits the bill.I purchased it to energy up a new ATI graphics card for my spending budget desktop...and so far I have no regrets.

Does its job. Has decreased my temps by 15C+ As individuals have said..it is loud. Don't buy this if you have fans on ur graphics card....doesn't make much sense 2. it could perform...but not nicely...buy some heat sinks to put on your card or one thing else 2 lessen tempetures..putting a fan to blow against yet another fan doesn't make sense. i have a msi 8600gt with a massive heatsink on it, that is why this issue operates so properly for me. if you only have a heat sink on your card then this is a ought to. on the other hand if u don't like noise....you're going to will need to get utilized to it. immediately after a whilst you do....and if your comp is in ur bedroom...just place it on sleep whilst u sleep. oO

I'm on a spending budget and didn't wanna spend cash on one more gpu.. But my 9800gt was operating at 69c on idle!!! (my 9800 isn't two pci slots thick, only one. Which is why it runs so darn hot! I took off the plastic cover and slid this correct under it. Temps went from 69c on idle to 52c with this pci fan on 70%. (I didn't turn the fan up to 100% since I didn't like how loud it was..)*Sweet Blue LED (with just a touch of purple)*Easy to install*Easy fan manage *On highest setting it's a small loud, but you don't have to put it up all the way. I have it set at 70% and it functions Excellent! PLEASE Comprehend THE Reason I GOT DRASTIC TEMP Adjust WAS Since MY GPU Basically HAD ZERO COOLING!!! Don't obtain this pondering it'll drop your temps 17 degrees like it did for me. It still ought to drop um a small even though.Oh yeah.. and I purchased it at compus@ cuz I wanted it proper away.Sapphire:*Phenom II x4 920 oc'd at three.6񨻨gt*OCZ 600w psu*OCZ 1066 4gb ramꔊ Seagate hdd

Lowered my Adaptec 5805 CPU temp from 78C to 55C. Fans feel and look kinda low cost. But so is the solution. Superior clean it every so often or they will likely break. Had to leave AC operating at 80F to hold my 5805 delighted. For ฝ invested in this I am going to save a ton on my electric bill.

I'm an LED kinda person so that's cool. The idea is cool also. Manual manage is nice, BUT.... There are a couple of factors to think about right here: initially off, I have a silverstone raven rv-02 case. The mobo is turned 90 degrees so what would be the "back" of a standard case is the "top" of mine (highly recommended btw). I mention this bc in a conventional case, this fan would be Below the graphics card, but in mine it is Subsequent to the card. Upon installation and firing it up, my temps on my gpu (EVGA gtx 465) started Rising. Odd suitable? I feel it is simply because this fan was set to higher and my gpu fan was at 40% and the airflow from the higher set fan to the decrease set card fan was messing with the effectiveness of the complete setup. Immediately after placing my gpu fan to 50% and this fan around halfway up, My temps started to slowly fall, idling at 39 centigrade which it 3 degrees cooler than normal. Preserve in thoughts I cycled back and forth involving Higher fan setting and Decrease gpu fan setting with the same results: gpu temp went up. Also, I want you could turn it off fully. If you have a set up like mine please retain this mind. I can't say if this is due to my case OR to the reality that my gpu currently has a fan, that was conflicting with the fan speed of this fan. It seems like this fan might be much better suited for a gpu with out a built in fan, or a water cooled technique exactly where this fan faces the water block of the gpu.

Dual fan cooling with adjustable fan speed controller with eye candy to boot. Doesn't exhaust to the exterior. Operator Head Space for assuming the logical. Really should have enlarged that picture. I don't want to circulate hot air IN the method. I'm sure this will do nicely for these that get the graphic cards with the internal fans. Guess the marketplace is there or these sub par products would disappear.

Operates effectively to cool a video card. The fan on my video card died and was overheating, so I use this to keep it cool. I reccomend it even if your video card is properly cooling, as you under no circumstances know when your fan might seize up mainly because of dust. None The fan speed control on the back is ecellent as effectively for manage the exact speed you want/need.

Good cooling.Variable Speeds.Colour add a small Flair. Can be pretty loud at faster speed. You can only set up the fan to blow one way from factory. 1 of my machines was having a smaller issue with cooling given that I upgraded the video card. It runs on a tiny tower case to save a little space and the card apparently wasnt delighted about the difficulty. Bought this cooler because it has variable speeds and can adjust accordingly depending on what temperature the machine is at. Operating complete speed is really loud since its a dual fan set up. I normally maintain it at mid setting for that cause. Only problem I have is the lack of capability to be able to "flip" the way the fans blow the air. You quite substantially have to do a operation on it to get that operating. Would have been nice to habe the capacity to do that from factory. In any case, excellent buy if you want it.

Wonderful efficiency with cooling. I'm overclocking my 8800GT with it at the moment and it drops my tempurature a full 10C and that is not even at full blast. When turned up, it does get a bit loud. Also, I've had three of these and only 1 of them was in fact blue in the case...which tends to make me sad considering that all of my other lighting is blue. This is (in my opinion) a ought to have for a GPU. It permits you to not worry about your GPU and also will let you do some overclocking without fear of burning out your card. Also wonderful for a backup fan in case your onboard cooling fan burns out (learned that the really hard way prior to I purchased this).

Modest compact and yes its blue leds. (some say purplish) Well compared to the other blue leds...it is abit more purple....don't care. Sliding speed adjuster. Fits into a PCI slot, pretty good for cooling a graphics card as a supplemental dual fan source. Simple to set up and get going...and it works. Some may assume at maximum its loud, I set it at 50% can hear it over my other case fans at that poin as well, but efficiency smart it adds excellent cooling worth. No noise distinction on low though. I think of this as a beneficial mod to move more air about in the case and supplemental to my graphics card. Other than functionality nice for clear sided or clear case adds a touch of blue purple inside.
