Zotac makes excellent cards. Got this on sale so that's a bonus. Inexpensive selection for CUDA support. Simple install. Card runs cool and quiet. Totally free and rapid shipping from newegg. Lifetime restricted warranty. Incredibly happy. None as of however but maintain in mind that this is not a gaming card. Unless you're playing genuinely old games I wouldn't propose this card for something but CUDA support or day to day desktop use.Also, I'm not in a position to set the fan speed with nvclock in Linux. I had to crank the fan up on my old card when it got hot but this Zotac is operating cool all by itself so I'm not even worried about it. I got this card for vdpau support on my Linux box with a dual core Opteron that was overheating when playing h264. Soon after upgrading drivers and rebuilding mplayer with the nvidia patches it's running like a charm. Big improvement over the old 7600 GT I had in there. This card does all the operate so my Opteron stays nice and cool. No far more overheating and I can enjoy 1080p all day extended with out worrying about it. Outstanding video card for the funds. This was purchased to replace a stock Nvidia 128 MB card that had failed in a Dell. Simple to set up, and Windows 7 went out and discovered the newest drivers from the net. Efficiency boost over the old card was massive! I knew this when I bought it (Thanks to preceding critiques) and only required one DVI port.So if you Need TWO DVI PORTS - DO NOT Obtain THIS CARD! The information right here is false and the box its self is false. (First time I ever noticed that truly, from newegg or a vid card!) The only thing this lacks is 256 bit, but the value difference of 贄 makes up for that.

I got this nearly a year ago to upgrade my old Dell Dimension 5100 (P4 3.0ghz) which was struggling with 720p and couldn't even touch 1080p video. This was the finest card my power provide could deal with. Video playback is fantastic, and CPU usage with 720p is only five-20%, exactly where in the past it was 40-60%. 1080p is playable with 50% CPU, but frame rate can suffer when there's a lot of action going on. HDMI, VGA, and DVI output.Fan.No want for 6pin power. DDR2, isn't the base typical at minimum DDR3 now? For the price tag it is a very good card. I put this in a friends fresh build. All he wanted was to play Planet of Warcraft, and it will play it on High settings on his 1440x900 19"w monitor, at about 27fps steady, and Good settings at about 35fps constant.

I got this to watch streaming video on my tv... an older card could not give the frame rate that I necessary...this worked perfectly. Has 3 outputs, if you include the HDMI, but it seems that only two of them can be used at a time... selectable by means of windows. This appears odd...I would have anticipated that the third could at least mirror one particular of the other people.
