just love the AV option that lets you watch your pics and vids on your TV. Get a battery charger and some disposable AA's with it, you'll be glad you did. A 4 gig sdhc card and a fully charged pair of batteries yeilds a full hour of video, and more pics than you can take in a day. |

I bought this for my mother. She's not a fan of gadgets with too many buttons and this one seems to be about right. I like that they've moved the shutter button so that it is now independent from the mode selector. Picture quality is excellent. It is perhaps a little slower than some of the more expensive models...but at this price, who cares? |

bought based on price and features, was not that thrilled with picture quality but didn;t get to figure out if it was camera or photographer as the viewing screen went dead in less than 50 shots. returned for full refund althugh I did pay for shipping both directions. Had initial picture quality been better, I'd have opted for a replacement rather than a refund. |

Features and performance to cost ratio is pretty impressive. This camera has many features to keep a photo enthusiast happy, but for the amateur the auto mode is just fine. When I saw the camera and held it, I felt the quality was on the same level as any other name brand camera. When you analyze price, does a camera costing two or three times as much outperform this camera by a factor of two or three? In my opinion, no. |

Great camera. Takes fantastic pictures. The camera has many cool features. I love the panorama mode. It Automatically helps you to put three pictures together for a wide view. AA batteries a big plus. YOu can get recargeables or cheap one from the store. |

A perfectly adequate small point-and-shoot, good pictures, a bit of a learning curve on the controls but not terribly steep, the important thing here is value for money and there you get a good deal. My last camera simply ATE the batteries to the point I became convinced that the batteries were bad. The camera was at fault. This one is quite abstemious in it's power consumption and gives a decent picture to boot.... what's not to like? |

First off let me say I bought my camera on April 8,2010 today is April 9th, 2010 and the camera is in my living room as I sit here in front of my computer. This camera does everything it says it will do, although the batteries that come with it wear out quickly. Do yourself a favor and order Energizer Rechargeable Batteries with a Charger. This way you know you will always have good battery life in your camera. I also ordered an optional memory card because it didn't come with one, but overall I can't complain and I would buy another camera just like this one again I only wish it was available in Silver. |

Bought this camera for my daughter's birthday a couple months ago and it has performed great. Battery life is very good, the recovery time between shots is nice, and it takes great still photos and decent action shots. I would recommend this camera to a friend because of the price for above average performance and features. |

Pretty standard little digital but a great value at this price. Has all the features you need in a small camera including some extras you might not expect for under $70. It should come in a variety of colors and it would be even more fun. |

No clear marking in battery compartment for proper installation of batteries. I couldn't see any clear way to install the two batteries and as soon as I closed the cover I could smell something from the camera. It fried. Now the camera is junk. So my review is Keep looking for a camera that clearly shows the battery orientation. What a let down. Keep looking. |

We bought this for our Dad and Mom as they need a Digi camera. I was impressed with the panorama feature (My $500 camera does not have) so I had a friend order me one when he ordered his. Nice features for a $60 camera. |
So far I am very pleased with the camera. It does eat alkalines like crazy though. Invest in rechargeables and let them charge a full 12 hours on the first cycle. A little miffed on the price. Within 8 hours of ordering, I got an e-mail from micro center for a GE A1050 for only 49.00.
