This strap workd. I put my rubber Crocs on a scoot across the floor and touch metal or light switch and I get nothing, and if I am not wearing it I throw a spark half an inch long. I will be wearing this all winter long. I used to get shocked getting out of my truck, but not anymore. I would have said a 4 on value, but now I think it is worth every cent. The band is very similar to a expansion band on a watch. Oh yeah, I put a new X4 Ultra Power Supply in my computer without any static. If you are tired of getting static shock buy you will love it.
