Cons: frame is wobbly, making mounting the fan "fun"

Pros: quiet for the pricecooling actioncomes with mounting screws!
Comment:
Much quieter than the one it replaced. Nice fan, moves air, and good price. Products like these are why I keep buying from NCIX. I may buy a couple more just for fun!

I am very happy with the 2 of these along with an F12 pro.all 3 are very quiet and help keep temperatures inside my air cooled rig down much cooler.Very fast shipping NCIX from BC to Windsor, Ontario in 2 days.

Cons: Screw holes not threadedFragile6-year warranty is useless for a $4 fan

Pros: Very quietMoves a lot of airSleeved wires
Comment:
I've had a few of these over the years, and I can say they are surprisingly quiet for 80mm fans. When I first installed I actually had to check if they were running. They are excellent exhaust fans, but I don't like how the screw holes are not pre-threaded, making installation somewhat unpleasant. Also, they seem to be quite fragile as a small amount of pressure on the blades (which are very exposed by this design) can cause the whole assembly to snap off. Cons: It is thicker than normal case fans and can only fit for rear exhaust use.

Pros: It is quiet but still manages to make enough air flow.
Comment:
Quiet, keeps the case cool in full speed. However, it only fits in the rear, for it can only be mounted for blowing air out of the case. Nowadays fewer cases come 92mm or 120mm fan mounting holes. Therefore, it may not fit your new case.

Cons: none

Pros: cheap, silent
Comment:
Well worth the price paid for ($2.99). Best thing about this is it works very silently. Pretty much exactly what I needed for my new PC.Would definitely consider purchasing again.

Cons: None

Pros: Cheap little fan when it goes on sale
Comment:
I use this to blow air into my NAS server and this instantly cools down the hard drives from 37 degrees to like 25-27 degrees. And it's silent, very silent. (Not like the junk stock T&T fan that Intel bundles with their dual code atom boards.)

This little fan has performed awesome! on sale at 2.99 is by far the best value, I bought an extra one for when my CPU fan craps out next, just to have ready. - cant go wrong!

Pros: Good quiet fan. Good airflow.
Comment:
Nice fan with good airflow and very quiet as most reviews state. As others have mentioned can only be mounted one way and needs a bit more room than standard fans. If those are no problems than this is perfect and even at regular price ($6) is better than some others.

Cons: A bit bulky

Pros: Looks goodVERY quiet
Comment:
This is a VERY quiet fan, along with moving a good amount of air. It is a little bit deep though, so if space is an issue, another fan might be a better choice. The price can't be beat as well. Pleased with my purchase, and would purchase again.

Cons: Unlike other AC fans, this one does not have the rubber spaces that separate the fan from the mount

Pros: Great price, quiet, good air flow
Comment:
Great product, good air flow, nice and quiet. Using one on a old Socket A heatsink and it works great. No noise and cools the heatsink adequately. I wouldn't use this in a high end cooling situation but for a HTPC or a quiet office machine these are excellent.

Cons: does stick out a bit.

Pros: extremely cheap at 2.99 when it was on sale. Push lots of air and near silent operation
Comment:
Fluid bearing fan makes these extremely quiet especially when you are trying to compare with other dual ball bearing fans that other manufactures sell. Pushes tons of air, very impress will buy again.

Cons: Limited placement, can only be used for exhaust.

Pros: Airflow! Quiet. Cheap. Nice cabling. Makes hot stuff cool down good.
Comment:
Superb exhaust fans, if you have 80mm mounts to fit them in. Power cable is sleeved with teflon or something similar with heatshrink at the ends.. very nice, I wish all fans came like that (ever scrape a fan wire without realizing it and cause a short?.. I have). Obviously, this can only be used for exhaust, unless you figure out some tricky way to mount them.. but otherwise, they're great for the money.

I bought this fan to replace my Thermaltake fan on my TT SilentBoost on my Overclocked Athlon XP Mobile Barton and compared top my old Original TT fan, this one is actually a little bit quieter but my cpu temperature is now 6 degrees higher. I don't think this fan is for high performance overclocking and such since it's more oriented toward low noise aplication like an HTPC. » READ MORE

Cons: exhuast fan only

Pros: quiet, easy to install
Comment:
I have to say this made my case so much quieter. The only concern I have is the fact you don't get the typical velocity you would with a normal fan due to the case that create more of a directional CFM at the tips of the fan blades. with that said it does a good job none the less. For the price and the uber quiet operation I'd buy it again. I bought 2 and might pick up 2 more This review was modfied by poster @ 06-10-08 01:38 AM

Cons: Exhaust fan only.

Pros: Quiet, good air flow.
Comment:
Great fan. Best 80mm quiet fan with good air flow that I've found. Virtually silent, but puts out same or more air flow than most other quiet case fans. This is definitely my preferred 80mm exhaust fan, and I've tried several others.

I've been having some heat and noise issues recently, and when I saw this fan I figured that for $5 I might as well give it a try. When this thing is running I can't even tell that it's on, and it pushes a surprising amount of air.If it weren't an exhaust only fan I'd get another one.

Cons: can only be installed on the back side, doesn't sell any for the intake

Pros: Price, quietness, looks good

Great little fan pumps lots of air compared to some of teh more expensive bans, plus it's nearly silent and looks kinda nifty to, defenetly can't go wrong with the price!! Altho they really should sell ones for the front panel as well.

Pros: Low noise, high cfm

unquie designs, fan are hold by 4 supports to reduce noise. fan design and speed also reduces the noise it generated. comes with 4 plastic at the base of the mount to dumpen the noise. even with the low rpm and low noise, fan are still able to generate high cfm

Cons: -Only a 3-pin power adapter, but NCIX sells 3-pin to 4-pin adapters-Can only be used as exhaust

Pros: -Extremely quiet-Cheap-Pushes a lot of air for how quiet it is
Comment:
I recently got this fan and it pushes a lot of air, and I can't hear it at all. The only problem with this, is that it can only be used as an exhaust and I am having trouble finding quiet 80mm fans intake fans that can push as much air as this. I find arctic cooling makes the best fans that are quiet and push a fair amount of air.
