Cons: Heatsink tape from factory is useless on larger memory heatsinks. Cooler makes card take up three slots.

Pros: This thing cools an 8800 Ultra like no other, and is much quieter than stock. Easy install except for memory heatsink installation.
Comment:
Bought the Battleaxe in an attempt to get an 8800 Ultra to cool down from ungodly temperatures. For cooling it works fantastic!!!! It took the temp of my GPU from 84-88C under load playing COD5 to a max of 56C. It idles at 43C. I run all my fans directly off the psu at 100% and the Battleaxe is still much quieter than the stock leafblower.Only real complaint is the thermal tape used on the supplied heatsinks. It is absolutely useless on the two larger heatsinks, and I didn't trust it on the smaller either. Even after cleaning chips 3 times and heating tape before applying, they still fell off if bumped sideways. I replaced it with 3M brand thermal tape and things were good, except that factory tape that won't stick to chips sticks to sinks like it's welded there once heated. Recommend just removing it and replacing before even attempting to install sinks. An area that may affect some is the size of the unit. A card will take up three slots in a system. On an EVGA 680i it wasn't an issue as it still left room to run SLI, but just barely, and it required moving my X-Fi down to the lowest PCI slot on board to fit.
