Bought this drive when it was on sale at $219. It's a pretty good deal for this capacity. There are faster drives, but did fit into my budget. I've noticed speed improvements immediately after I put it into my ThinkPad T500, so I'm pretty happy with this upgrade. |

This drive is a terrible deal at $415. The drive I got is significantly slower than other SSDs I have including vertex 3, vertex 4 and samsung 830. Actually, it's even a bit slower than a vertex 2. That being said, when it comes on sale for $200 it is a great deal to use as a games drive. It is high enough capacity and will help load much faster than a conventional HDD. |

Pros: No problems with the drive. Very fast boot times. Highly recommend this drive. Comment:
The drive works great but don't count on OCZ to come thru with their rebate. No rebate received from OCZ 60 days later, even after paying the extra $$ for the "express service" Multiple calls and e-mails, and still no resolution. Will never buy OCZ product with a rebate again. |

Cons: Blue Screen Of Deaths, random system "hiccups"

Works fast at times, but sometimes it gives a BSOD causing you to lose anything you were working on. Also, causes system freezes (hiccups) that sometimes don't result in BSOD. This is on my brand new laptop that was not having these problems with a standard hard drive. It appears that not all the bugs are worked out of the SF-2281 chipset despite OCZ's repeated claims that they are. I also checked the firmware version and I have the latest revision. Look online for more information about SF-2281 and BSOD. OCZ knows about the problems, but still sells them anyway. Buyer beware. |

Cons: Slowest SATA III drive I ever used
Pros: Price per GB when on sale Comment:
Slow as far as SSDs are concerned. Under 200MB/sec both read and write, while all other SATA3 SSDs I have tested from Crucial, Samsung, Kingston, etc get at minimum 270MB/sec write and 470MB/sec read. It is still faster than a 7200rpm platter hard drive, but if you want the speeds you are suppose to get (and are paying for), go with a different drive. Published speeds of this SSD by OCZ are a joke -- you won't get close to them. |

replaced agility 2 120gb. cut the boot time by half with a lot more space. I got it at nicx on sale for less than $200 which was slight higher price and my old agility 2 120gb |

Got this as an upgrade from my 120 GB OCZ Vertex 2 which was full.It's great to have 200+ GB of free space now!The speed appear slightly better than by OCZ 2, so this is a bonus (benchmarks tend to prove that also).Overall I'm very happy since the price per GB was only 56 cents! |
I bought this SSD for my mother's computer. Fast install, fast boot, total silence, help save laptop battery. i don't know what else i could add. nothing to say !
