I bought this card simply as a TV tuner and it works but I suggest you download the latest drivers first,digital channels come in nice and clear but analog channels suck the big one,scans channels really fast and the channel guide makes it as easy as possible for you to record a movie at a certain time,and time delay works as it should,I'm not really a PC gamer so I cant really say good or bad what this card can do,I honestly haven't tried it but all in all I'm satisfied. It does get a tad bit loud when the fan comes on at full speed but all movies look and run as they should without adding any strain on the CPU,I notice that some videos on the web load a little bit faster but I'm not sure if its the video card or the ram because i bought ram the same day and and installed it at the same time,overall works as advertised and great for the price |

I received my AIWHD on time and I was excited about installing it and getting clearqam channels. The card loaded and Catalyst Control Center Loaded fine. But I could never get the required Catalyst Media Center to load. After trying everything that tech support threw at me for 12 days and leaving my PC with a registry that didn't function I have decided to pack it in and RETURN the All In Wonder HD3650. To all who consider this card, read the specification closely. You MUST have Catalyst Media Center loaded to receive clearqam channel. I thought this was going to be a breeze. The breeze turned into a blizzard of emails and instructions that left my PC in less than optimum shape. I am still trying to get my registry up to the level it was before I began making tech supports suggested changes. |

Don't even think about buying this card if using windows 7 the video capture will NOT work its going back AND it does NOT have video in either VERY dissapointing |

However you must use the fix found on the web just do a search for ati all in wonder windows 7 in order for the tv tuner to work in Windows 7 Because ATI has failed to provide working drivers. That is my only complaint. I have been playing modern warfare combat 2 all settings high and no lag beautiful picture. |

This is the second ATI 3650 I've bought. The first one I bought, actually came under the name ATI, not Diamond. Both units are, I believe, identical, but the Diamond came with some other software, than Catalyst Media Center. I began to install it, realized it was not a better product, and then had an awful time trying to remove it. Multiple errors occurred, which led me to eventually having to reinstall my operating system. I then installed the software from my other unit,. and it works fine. This is why I gave a 3 for features. Pay a little more. Get the ATI. |

This product does not contain the child card that allows for s-video in. The lack of the child card was a serious let down however it can be purchased separately on the Diamond website. The TV tuner works for analog with little effort(Analog is **** quality). Cant get the digital TV tuner because Shaw encrypts their signal, need to switch Cable providers to one that isn't a Nazi(Not cards problem however you should check your provider before buying) Overall the card is more than satisfactory as a video card, the TV tuner is a bit of a let down because of the cable providers and the analog quality. |

This card does everything I wanted it to do. I'm using it with some older hardware (Asus M2N-E Athlon X2 4200+ 2GB RAM) in a Media Center setup. I installed a Coolink GFXChilla 4 heatsink on it and have it overclocked to 850MHz/652MHz without ever breaking 50 degrees C under load.NHL09 and Spore look great on the TV and I can record and play back shows using Windows Media Center and my Logitech Harmony 550 universal remote + IR receiver.My only complaint is that with the HDMI output connected to my TV the display flashes off and on up to 4 or 5 times when I switch display modes, even when I have the input set to something else like the cable box or the DVD player. This is a design flaw of the TV rather than the card though. I also would have liked to have the option to buy a dual-tuner all-in-wonder but ATI does not offer anything in this range with dual tuners and hdmi out. Works good as a video card, the tv tuner didnt work and I had to send it back to VisionTek, I had to pay shipping to get it there of course, but I also had to include a $10 check to cover return shipping, even though the tuner was defective. It took over a month to get it back, and if you don't package it exactly like they say, they will send it back to you. The high def audio drivers are very hard to come by, it is not included with any of the software. I got it from Windows Pro, and copied it to Windows Home version. While running the tv tuner, the audio makes a high pitched sound when any graphics are displyed on commercials, and sometimes on tv programs. If I had to do it over again, I think I would buy a nice video card and a stand alone tv card, but dont skimp on the tv card, the cheap ones dont work well at all. |
Its awesome! The programming is a little faulty but it works great! Its 1080p recording, output is 1080p but is tall so be prepped. its worth its money just as a dvr because tivo is 150 for the box and a monthly cost so this is so much easier and cheaper
