The rack mount was not included in the box despite being shown as included on the outside of the box. The worst all time customer service experience I've ever had. I had a few questions and after the 5 emails sent to them with moronic responses I phoned them. The customer service is routed to india or something. I swear to god I could not make anyone understand my very clear question in English. |

this unit is awesome. my buddy got one a few years ago, paying twice what it now costs here. it was a steal back then, and it's even better now. all the outlets are switchable from always on, to switched or delayed switched. very cool informative blue display. does everything i want with no fussing around. |

I purchased this unit to improve the power management of my upgraded home theater system. I have not been disappointed in any way. There is no reason to spend more money for any of the other name brands. This does everything as well or better as those other devices do , with as many or more features at a fraction of the cost. I especially like the design of this unit. It's ability to control separately each bank of outlets with one of three settings is especially useful. To be able to determine if you want a bank of outlets continuously powered on, switched on immediately by remote trigger or delayed switched on is a great design concept. This is a green technology that makes sense and is also useful in preserving your high end home theater gear. I highly recommend this product. You will not be disappointed and you will save a bunch of money that can be far more strategically spent to improve your home theater installation. |

With the options that Belkin offers on this unit the price can not be beat. The audio sound produced only a slight improvement in my HT system, but the piece of mind of protetion from spikes and brownouts sealed the deal. |

I liked the more expensive units that showed the output current, but they were to much money, so I was just going to keep my smaller power conditioning strip. I didn't even know Belkin made these, but happen to run across it. Researched this, and it's Belkins top of the line. 3rd the price, more features, and I can distuibute more componets evenly on the different circuits by monitoring the power output. I can't say I've noticed any difference in picture or sound quality, maybe since I did have a little something before, but I like the looks and better power cable management than just a large power strip. It's also nice that the front power outlet has a cover over it that looks nice. I will admit, that I wanted a unit like this more for looks, so I didn't want to spend $600 dollars, so this unit and price was more they I could hope for, and have the better power protection. I can't say one negitive thing about it. |

When the power is clean, you really hear only your system. This Power Line Conditioner is the missing link in your system, both for Audio and HD Video. The Noise floor drops and reveals what your electronics have been trying to communicate. Music and DVD Audio is so much cleaner that you should hear previously unrevealed detail. At least I did. I played my LPs, CDs, Cassettes and FM Tuner and of course my movies and the sound is just plain cleaner, as if a curtain has been pulled away. I was interested in finding out if that could occur after reading a review of the Belkin, but I had no idea I'd be saying something so similar myself. This actually improved the performance of all the other components. My video is improved in detail displayed and in its stability, especially for HDTV. Strengths: Fits in with all the other equipment and reduces the clutter of power cables to power strips and wall sockets. Reduces the noise floor for all audio. Weaknesses: The big blue box (U can dim it) |

Best investment I've made to protect my home theater. Invested in a projector and new sound system so I thought I should pick up some power protection. This thing as saved my system a couple of times. Only hassle was initially I didn't know how to reset it after it kicked in. Needless to say, after a couple of minutes reaching around the back of the machine I found the button to reset it. Now that I know that, it's awesome.
