Wonderful Thermal Paste. In bottle for effortless application. High quality item. A bit pricey but it's the greatest. Definitely none. I have utilised this compound for dozens of laptop builds and even for Xbox360 and PS3 repair. Practically nothing else can match the excellent of this product.

Pros: great thermal properties

great thermal paste but only if used properly. Is electrically conductive so watch where you use it and do not apply to much so it oozes out. Has a long curing time so you temps will improve after a week or so.

I've utilised this for each a gaming desktop that I've had for eight months and for a lately built household theater computer. Fantastic item, operates as intended, and would recommend it to any method builders installing their own CPU/Heatsinks/Fans. None. Be careful when applying this - this product performs superbly properly by becoming very conductive so take care not to apply also considerably and squish some of it out the sides and onto your motherboard. This could lead to harm to your motherboard so just apply a tiny rice grain size or two worth and spread it around into a quarter size (really thinned out) puddle then slap the heatsink/fan on it.

Best thermal compound you can use for Computer, Xbox 360, PS3 CPU and GPU Chips for heat transfer to the heatsinks from the chips. This stuff keeps it real cool don't get that low cost white thermal compound get this tube of Artic Silver five! Cheaper Less expensive and works excellent! Want there was a larger tube I would buy a bigger tube! Best buy you can ever get with the three day shipping UPS! I adore it

probably the easiest paste to perform with. Some of the other much more solid pastes are rather difficult to get to stick to the thing you're operating with there are pastes with better heat transfer efficiency

Arctic Silver 5 operates excellent. Easy to apply (use an old ID or credit card) and spread a thin layer... Accomplished! It charges so much. (reason for 4 eggs) I purchased this bigger one because it was additional value efficient than the tiny one that I truly necessary.

I been making use of this stuff for years. I use it on my personal rigs but also on other peoples rigs as well. This is some excellent stuff. My CPU, running Linux and foldingathome, runs at about 100F. The CPU is a AMD four core three.2Ghz. My older rig, AMD 2500+ runs at about 96F to 98F. Those are at space temp with variable speed fans controlled by temps. Don't get this stuff on your garments. It is fun to get out. I use Purple Energy or Castrol Super Clean to aid get it out. It is harder to get out than axle grease. I consider all heat sink compound is like this tho. Good stuff and would assume of using anything else.

one particular of the ideal TIMs on the market place, uncomplicated to apply, lengthy lastingcleans back off fairly very easilymajor tube is a greater deal that the smaller sized 1 if you do a lot of laptop work conductive, but just don't place it exactly where it doesn't belong and don't more than-apply to the reviewer that mentioned white goo works much better: lolwut?if you can't apply arctic silver 5 well enough to beat white goo, you shouldn't be creating computers... it's 1 of the easiest to use and most productive compounds out there...

Its the ideal for OEM thermal paste replacement, I purchased it for use at work with a series of test lab bays for CPU and GPU cooling, can't ask anything much better. Its not as well goopy and not too runny in consistency. Doesn't function for replacing the OEM vanilla creme filling of an Oreo. Oh effectively. Want this stuff were a tad less expensive, or at least available in bulk

A single of the highest, if not the highest performing thermal compunds out there. I used might more than the years, even back in my water colling years and I had my lowest temps with AC5. More on the high priced side but I would spend far more if I had to. AC5 has earned my trust over the years. I also advocate the 12oz tube. I tiny far more dollars but you only need to have to obtain a tube each couple of years.

Iv utilized really a handful of different kinds of thermal paste, including shop purchased and the sort that comes integrated with heat sinks, and I have to say the by FAR Arctic Silver 5 performs the ideal. With other pastes, I don't even notice a difference, but with AS five you can see a definite temperature drop. It's a bit on the pricey side, but its totally worth it.

My e8400 was running from about 40 to 68 (under pressure) with the weak heatsink it came with. Rather than buying a new one, I got some of this. Now it runs from 38 to 61. I didn't buy this sooner
