This card is a great deal. It is fast enough for my Polaroid hd video camera to record 720p at 60 fps, it's cheap, and it is 8 gb. Couldn't ask for a lot more. none that I have noticed so far.

Fast. none. I personal a nikon d7000 and this was the very first card i got. I now use it as my overflow card. and it hasn't presented me with any issues.... I don't comprehend why any individual would spend upwards of 30 dollars for a card with so named speed enhancements... this works just fine when i do fast burst rates Ɩfps). Also when i transfer all my pictures to the pc i usually maintain it inside the camera and use the usb cable, but i did take it out and transferred files from the onboard sd slot on a mac.... this presented no problems.... Since i don't typically take it out of the camera... i don't have any difficulties with the create high quality or any other problems with the physical aspects of it... in the finish i recommend this sd card to other customers.

Rapid and works fine with Readyboost None I read quite a few evaluations here about numerous Sd cards not operating with Readyboost even some on this card I can tell you it operates wonderful with Readyboost I have it in 2 netbooks and a buddies also , I consider the issue is that from time to time when you put a SD card in a netbook The 1st box that comes up says would you like to use this for readyboost , I assume the fault of the netbook or win. 7 it may possibly fail that test saying it cant be applied for readyboost If that happends you just require to go into my pc and correct click on the memory card and choose readyboost and have win.7 run the test once again and it will pass. once more I believe the cards failing the test on the 1st try is a fault of win.7 not the card , I know a couple of other close friends who had this occur I told them just what i wrote right here and it performs fine.

8GB at an affordable cost. Working with on my fuji point and shoot digital camera, and it is working flawlessly. This one particular is detected as 8.3GB or 8,270,118,912 bytes unformatted and unpartitioned beneath linux, true 8GB. This adata "class 10" 8GB scored the next results on Linux utility disk bench mark test Average Study price = 14.1MB/sAv create price = three.1MB/sAv access time = .7msmin write price = 2.3MB/sthen I employed a 4GB class four kingston for comparison. here are the final results Av. read rate = 14.5MB/sAv write rate = 4.8MB/sAv acces time = .7msmin write rate = 3.5MB/sClass 10 implies its minimum write speed really should be 10MB/s, and 4MB/s for class 4. Producers are only undertaking "in house" testing and in my opinion they are not meeting the requirements. They must post test benefits from a 3rd celebration so consumers can see real specifications about their goods. My test approaches could not be the best but in my opinion class 4 should not score better than class 10... in no way! for practical use you may well want to pass on the "class 10" claims and specs and save a couple of bucks and buy some superior brand name memory, even if its speed is reduced rated like class four or 6.Now for people confused about the total space showing in your computers, bear in mind 1Kbyte򕋐bytes, so 8000000 Kilobytes divided by 1024 equals 7812 Megabytes divided by 1024 = 7.6 Gigabytes. Kilobyte 1024 or 2Ⓜ (not 1000!!) is what companies use, so thank them for the misunderstanding.

Affordable 8GB memory, works flawlessly on my Fuji F72EXR point and shoot. I attempted this on linux disk utility benchmark test, class ten suggests its minimum create speed need to be 10MB/s, this a single scored an average write price of 3.1MB/sNext I employed the similar benchmark test to try a 4GB class 4 flash and it scored an typical write price of four.2MB/s Class four should never beat class ten. the above described test was performed with the flash cards unformatted. All Suppliers ratings and specs are primarily based on their own testing so speeds may well be reached by the device beneath certain circumstances only. In my opinion paying additional for class 10 is not justified in this case.

Fast, Low-cost None so far I purchased two of these and they both operate fine so far. A couple reviewers complained that Windows 7 mentioned they had been not great sufficient for ReadyBoost, but 1 particular person discovered what I did - When you get that message, just right-click on the drive, click on Properties, and assign the device for use with ReadyBoost and all should be fine (at least that's my expertise, with a class four card by another manufacturer which bench tests considerably slower that these cards do utilizing Flash Memory Toolkit, readily available on the internet). 1 of them is in a camera which records each JPEG and RAW simultaneously ྯ.1MB files), and it requires about ᚫ between shots, but based on evaluations of the camera, this is a function of the camera, not the Adata card, and the class 4 card I was employing before took about ᚭ, so I got about a 40% speed improve. Utilizing the Toolkit, I got about 10MB/sec writes and 19 MB/sec reads, based on file size. So there could be more rapidly cards offered, but the Adata does a fantastic job at a excellent cost.

Low-cost, quickly, functions like it's supposed to. Preceding version of this card (labeled "Turbo") had questionable reliability. I wanted to create this evaluation mainly because A-Information had an earlier class ten 8GB card that apparently had some sort of design or production defect that led to enormous failure rates (judging by the reviews). I freaked out when I saw that simply because I had currently bought my new 1 and was about to go on a extended trip. Their comments in reply to individuals evaluations, though, recommended that they knew about the dilemma and had fixed it in new class 10 cards (ones not labeled "Turbo", which this one particular is not). And so far, my card has had no troubles in spite of some pretty heavy use, such as running non-stop pressure tests utilizing Flash Drive Tester overnight on my Computer. The speed is also really consistent and I have no issues recording HD video on my Canon SD940IS. Hopefully I won't regret writing this critique later, but I assume A-Information has fixed whatever the dilemma was with their earlier cards.

At $6 these are an excellent price. Dropped one in my wife's camera when I didn't have time to empty hers. Class 10 also means it works for video no problem as well. Great to have a few on hand because you never know when might need it especially at this price.

rapid sufficient, faster than a class two but much less than class four Not a class 10 as advertised Decent but i hate it when companies abuse the classifications and makes you devote dollars thinking that you are getting a deal with a more rapidly SDHC when really greater items are available out there at the same price and with truthful advertising Manufacturer Response:Dear Consumer,Thank you for input relating to ADATA item, please note that we will forward your comment to the proper department. 8GB of storageInexpensive priceWorks Windows 7 says device is not rapidly sufficient for ReadyBoostDoes not seem to operate at advertised speed I bought this to use for ReadyBoost on my Asus EeePC 1005HAB, and it does not function for that. The card works fine for added storage, but that wasn't the reason I bought it. I had to switch to a 2GB Kingston card that didn't have a labeled speed (but I image it was class 4 or class 6) to be able to run ReadyBoost. I'm really disappointed. I bought 2 of these just to have for easy file storage (Many small things.) and to use as boot-able media as well as for my camera.I hate that DVDs are 1 time use, and re-writables have issues of their own. Some bootable utilities do not like being put on re-writables for some reason. At least to my experience.I've doubled the amount of photo space for my camera which it works perfectly fine with.P.S.As with everything I buy, I wait for a good sale or PM for great prices. I PM'd this and was pleased with the deal. (Less than 2/3 the cost.) This review was modfied by poster @ 01-26-11 06:13 PM
