It does the job nicely. I had to replace my "linksys wireless g w/ speedbooster" which for some purpose was screwing with my wireless N router causing the whole factor to need to have resetting ALL THE TIME.This new adapter is ten times much more stable and has good reach. Soon after installing, I was getting problems with that stupid Windows wireless zero causing lag spikes each and every 60 seconds on the dot. Ping test confirmed. Really messes with your on the net gaming. Initial, I went to msconfig and turned it off. But that turns off your wireless subsequent time you reboot. So I turned it back on and then went to the configuration settings for the adapter and turned on media/gaming setting. Appears to have stopped the wireless zero from browsing just about every 60 seconds. Newegg comes by way of with a speedy delivery once once again. Can't beat 'em.

Simple setup, decent signal. 130 Mbps connection w/o channel bonding. Ordered 6, 1 was DOA. Didn't choose up any signals. All in all, its a solid item thinking about the price tag. Over the past month I purchased five for the workplace systems and one particular for household use. RMA'ing 1 of them and just like any RMA its a hassle I'd rather stay away from. Manufacturer Response:Dear User,We try to make the RMA method as hassle free of charge and shortest turn around time as we possibly can. Worked perfectly appropriate out of the box. Did not need to have the driver disk. Windows 7 x64 located it and loaded appropriate drivers automatically. Paired with a Linksys WRT54G router, it runs perfectly. Fantastic throughput at distance. No dropped connections. None

Brilliant signal, it's in the opposite corner of a medium-huge property from the router and I get 95%+ signal after getting played with the antenna for about a month. The worst it's ever been is 78%. Would have liked a low profile bracket, but hey, I knew what I was buying. Working with g, have but to connect to an n router, but at the cost I couldn't say no to the extra letter.

Windows 7 64-bit installed drivers automatically. Modest size card is nice, in particular if you set up next to a graphics card - won't block the fan. None. Antenna a bit hard to tighten soon after card is installed, but that can very easily differ based on which slot you set up into and which case you have.

it functions, when connected. Employed this card in two different computers - XP and Vista. It barelly recives any signal. A 踰 laptop from the same position has four bars, this guys shows 1 or 2 at best. The software is not intuitive and annoying. Replaced anntena with a higher-achieve antenna from Lynksis - with no considerable improvements. Manufacturer Response:Dear User,You can run the card with out the bundled software program. Just choose "drive only" through the installation method. I'm sorry to hear the card is not performing up to par. Speak to our assistance and we will get a replacement out to you suitable away. It worked right out of the box, no software program or driver installation needed from CD; WU took care of it all. Just plugged it in to an unused PCI slot, booted up, and was on the online in much less than 2 minutes. This was employing a Windows 7 OS, even though, so installation of drivers by way of the CD supplied may well be required for prior OS'. Also the least expensive 802.11n Draft PCI card I could uncover It wasn't free of charge; no absolutely free shipping. These don't genuinely count as cons thinking of the price tag vs. other individuals, just wishful thinking. I had mixed feelings going into this acquire. Whilst evaluations leaned more towards it getting a decent solution, it was actually the value that place me more than the edge. I figured if it worked, then I got a excellent deal and if not, then ฤ is practically nothing to cry more than (and chances are I'd get a refund/RMA so no loss either way). I will admit I was a little shocked when it began working; getting an off-brand name I generally assume the worst, but this tiny card has lasted going on four months now and not a single hiccup due to the fact installation. If you're questioning obtaining this card, don't. This is certainly one purchase that come out a win-win in all elements. Time will only tell if it will last, but all indications are fantastic so far, and that's good enough for me.

Uncomplicated installation, and the software program offers you the option to install the driver only. It didn't set up itself. Not as fast as a Cat 5 wired connection although. Seriously this may possibly not be the most sophisticated product, but it delivers great g/n connectivity at a bargain cost. From the time I unplugged the personal computer to the time it was installed and operating was less than ten minutes. I employed it as an upgrade to my daughters Dell running XP. We run wireless G, but it is N capable. Great value and functionality.

Fantastic value -- the only thing that got it above 1 egg. The pics on Newegg show Ralink RT2760 chip. My research located that this chip need to be ok. BUT, the card I got was RT3062. I had to download driver and firmware, but with latest kernel ƒ.six.35) it crashed the kernel when I tried to connect to a network. Windows assistance is most likely fine, but beware of Ralink's newest chips with Linux. Manufacturer Response:Dear User,Yes, our card was lately updated with a newer chipset. The newer RT3062 chipset enables more rapidly upload & download speeds. The two chipsets share the identical Windows driver, even so you will want to download a diverse Linux driver (RT3062) from Ralink's download web page.AZIO Buyer CareExternal Hyperlink(s): Ralink Linux Driver Page|

None, it's a piece of junk. I tried installing from the cd, I tried downloading on a seperate computer from the business internet site and installing through thumbdrive. Bottom line? The drivers for windows 7 64 bit don't work at all. The card can't be enabled, I can't even get win 7 to use a generic driver. And this was a set up on a brand new comp with practically nothing but an OS on it - no antivirus to interfere.I tried several installs/uninstalls, restarts, etc. This card is garbage. I popped in an old Belkin card that's 6 years old and it operates fine. I purchased a Edimax EW-7728IN for my personal computer to upgrade, it also has windows 7 64 bit. Works beautifully, cd set up and bam, accomplished. Only grip was that Win 7 couldn't plug n' play it, had to use the cd. I'm returning this Azio piece of garbage and acquiring another Edi. In the meantime, my old reputable Belkin will man the fort.

The range is wonderful and it is b/g. Does disconnect each and every so frequently but that is accurate with all wireless devices and this device is exceptional in its signal top quality. I will say that the computer software that comes with it is worthless --- just install the driver and use your built in network finder. Kittens do really like to chew the antennas so be careful!!

So far it works like a charm and has no issues with Win7 64, just what I required. Signal strength appears great and it has a smallish profile so it isnt a case hog.

Extremely pleased with my obtain. Utilized this in my old desktop-now-HTPC (AMDx2 3800+, 2 GB RAM, ATI HD3850 and lots of HDs) that now sits in the living space. functions excellent, i get 90% signal most of the time, never ever dips below 68% and usually has a 90%+ hyperlink stability. streams 720p (highest i have) like a dream with no hiccups, and I can play WoW on the 47" LCD =)

Excellent price tag;easy set up;fast shipping. None. I bought this to set up in a 2002 model Dell desktop that I moved out of the residence to my office in a detached garage. When I initial attempted to connect, it was spotty at greatest, so I moved the 2Wire dsl modem/router (not the strongest) to a location closer to the Dell and now it operates good with a fast strong connection by way of two exterior walls approx. 2o feet away.

This product worked as described, and was able to transmit and get at full signal roughly 25 feet across from the router by means of two sets of walls. Solution is concisely manufactured, and fits nicely inside any case. Antennas can be rotated and removed as desired. None. At very first I was worried that a wireless adapter would raise latency, but just after doing speed tests with each the wireless card and an Ethernet cable to the router, the wireless connection only added seven to ten milliseconds lag... which to me is immeasurable.
