Cons: -Does not have as many apps as other devices

Pros: -Small enough to fit in your pocket-Small enough that you can stand holding it with one hand (great for when on subway, GO Train etc...(can't do that with a larger device)-Speedy little device-Easy to read books-Can't list all the pros... way too many!
Comment:
First, let me say I own an iPhone, so it makes sense that I get an iPad right? Nope, I ride the GO train, and all I see are people holding their iPads like they are laptops instead of tablets. I tried an iPad, and it was just too big. Try typing a letter on one, you can't grip the sides and type, you have to have it on your lap and slowly type out the letter with your fingers, instead of being able to wrap your hands around it and typing much faster with your thumps like you can with your smart phone. There is only one app missing that I would like and that is drop  box. I have been living happy without it on my Playbook, so no worries. This little table does everything I want, and looks better, feels better in my hands. The iPad 3 smokes it with regards to specs, but I use my main computer for gaming, I can only play the occasional game on a tablet, I'm more often reading the news, or typing, or reading an ebook. For those that said the Playbook was too small a year ago, right now Google and Microsoft are both launching 7 inch tablets. The iPad's are laptop replacements, and I'd rather have a mac book air. If you want a tablet, get a Playbook. You get a lot of good software for free (word, excel) and several free high quality games. On every other tablet you would have to pay for the extra software. With Playbook OS 2.0 the game is in Blackberry's court, if only the phone business of Blackberry wasn't on the decline.I went into a store and tried out the android tablets, I still like my Playbook, it is superior with the 2.0 OS. Only downside is it is missing one app I like, which I can live without.I love this device, I would buy it again!

Pros: Great Screen, Super ClearFast Dual Core Processor, Multitasks PerfectlyHDMI Out
Comment:
I was hesitant to buy this unit because of all the bad press. The price drop  hooked me and after owning it I can say the media are full of sh*t. This tablet is outstanding for what it is intended: an internet appliance. I surf on it so much that I haven't touched my laptop in months. Movies play outstanding - use handbrake to transcode to MP4. No native email? Who cares, I don't want my emails on this super portable device. The size is perfect - big enough to surf the net legibly and small enough to fit in a suitcoat pocket. Build quality is outstanding - it feels like a $500 device.

Cons: None. Can't compete with ipad or android when it comes to the number of fart apps though.

Pros: This little minicomputer does it all. Solid build and secure.Supports HTML5 and Flash for video and web surfing. Output to 1080p HDMI.

No regrets on purchasing this. Goes everywhere with me.Check out the Playbook forums at Crackberry.com to find out what other users think, especially those who've used the other pads.

Cons: -Not the largest selection of apps, but it's native functionality more than makes up for it-No native email, but who likes to type for long periods of time on a tablet?

Pros: -Super fast-HDMI Out-Free tethering to a BlackBerry phone-AWESOME user interface
Comment:
Probably the electronics industry's best kept secret. The general media view of RIM and the PlayBook is negative, but for no good reason. This tablet goes with me everywhere. Unlike 10" tablets, which are too big to bring everywhere, the PlayBook is truly portable. It's fast, it carries all my notes for class in PDF, it plays flash, it plays full 1080p via HDMI; which is great when going over to someone's place with a movie.Get one!

Cons: Shorter battery life than some tablets.

Pros: Crystal clear bright display. Multitasking. Excellent web browser. Full HD. Stereo sound. Absolutely ingenious bezel swiping for control of device. Perfect size, easy to hold matte rubbery finish.
Comment:
Bought it at Futureshop as ncix was not shipping during the mail strike. This thing is just killer. I have have an Ipad and this thing just kills it. How? It's multitasking crystal clear dynamo with an ingenious bezel swipe system. It's much easier to hold on to and way more portable. It's hard to look at my Ipad now as the screen seems out of focus.Full HDMI out and a micro USB port which should soon support USB on the go. I hope, as it would be another killer feature. Go to Futureshop and look at the actual customer reviews for this thing. They are very positive. The latest software upgrade makes this a very solid device. Don't worry ncix, now that the postal strike is over I'm back to ordering here. Thanks!
