I purchased this to use in a Lian Li PC-8FIB case with a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H motherboard and it does exactly what it's meant to, which is avoid running cables externally just so the USB 3.0 ports on the front of the case can function. It's well built and feels like quality craftsmanship. I would have liked to get the Lian Li version of this adapter which is longer and looks to be a bit less stiff, but NCIX doesn't sell it and the Bitfenix fit the bill just as well. Of all the choices available right now, this one is the best IMHO, and is also the best priced too. |

This does exactly what I wanted it to - convert 2x USB 3.0 cables to 1x USB 3.0 motherboard header connector. It's a much better solution than having to run the cables through my case, out the back and taking up the external USB 3.0 plugs. |

Very good product when it comes to quality and fitting. I tried to route it behind the back panel of a HAF-X and it wasn't long enough to have proper connections. Also, the unit is so sturdy that I ha to bend it manually and repeatedly oustide of the case before installing it.Recommended for anyone who doesn't care about cable management. |
For $10 this is a steal. It allows me to have front USB3 without having to run cables outside the case. Would easily buy again.
