Excellent as a case fan. I think this fan, and its variants, are the cheapest and quietest 140mm fans with 140mm mounts that you can buy anywhere in canada. The cougar fans have a questionable motor quality, while scythe kazemaru only have 120mm mounts, making them pretty much useless as case fans.I think the CFM specs are fairly true, although the noise is more around 22db by my estimates. Fractal R2 140mm should perform roughly similar to the bitfenix, so don't believe the specs on the R2. |

Got this to replace the 120mm stock fan in the White Bitfenix Prodigy case. Matches the color well. Decent airflow and is quiet. Comes with 4 black mounting screws. Cable is actually black but not sleeved. |

I bought this fan for the Fractal Design Define XL. It fits perfectly, relatively quiet since it's only 1000rpm. the 3prong plug is bit loose. |
Great fan for the price considering it moves a lot of air and its quiet. Its great when used as a case fan or heat sink fan.
