How can you beat a 450W power supply for $20 bucks?

Very good power supply. Works real good. The wires are all neatly wrapped up and don't take up alot of room in your case, and block the air flow. I bought 2 of them so far. I would buy another one in a haertbeat.

Pretty straight forward really. Built my system with it about a month ago, working fine. The price is right (when I get my rebate). Huge (140mm) exhaust fan. I would buy another one if I built another system.

So far so good. As others have mentioned, power supply is very quite. Quality seems to be much better than I expected. All things said, hard to beat the price.

Just bought a BFG GeForce 9600 GT OC and realized that my old PSU was only rated at 280W. Saw this one and being from the company, BFG, figured I'd try it. Found it to be very quiet and so far no problems. Had to get a Molex to SATA adapter though.

Did I say quiet? I meant, QUIET!!!!! Sweet. Only 2 SATA but the specs make no secret of that.

Got this to put in a new HP computer that only came with a measly 300W PSU. I needed a new one to work with the 9600GT video card that I added to the system. I believe this BFG PSU is sufficient for it, it provides a 6-pin PCIe connector that provides power to the GPU. As others noted, the main problem with this unit is that the SATA connectors are unfortunately too close together. This was a major problem that caused frustration because I couldn't reach the two SATA devices I had in the case. It was solved by using an extra Molex-to-SATA adapter that I had. Other than that, the PSU seems to work great and provides added airflow to the system with its massive fan. The only problem I've noticed is that I seem to be getting a minor but annoying clicking noise from the device, so I might have to replace it.

Runs a 9600GT and a core I5 cpu just fine. Good, clean, reliable power.Only complaint is there are only 2 SATA power connectors and they are on the same bundle of wire, spaced way too close together to actually power more than one device.Gotta get a molex to SATA adapter so I can plug my cd drive back in.

The PSU is great. It looks nice and is quiet. But, the rebate is not as described in the terms and conditions. The No Wait Rebate offered in the Terms is not an option. And the Rebate Check described in the Terms is not an option -- you must take the prepaid card. This is deceptive and unethical practice.

I needed a new PSU for my old computer and one that didn't really break the bank; this was it. I've had the PSU for over 2 weeks now and it runs real quiet and has had no problems yet. it's small enough that it'll fit into small cases, albeit, with some frustration. If you're looking for a great PSU for a single reason such as a video card upgrade, then this is the one for you.

I have purchased two of these to replace cheap OEM PSU's. They run unbelieveable quiet and cool. The only caveat is their size may take a bit of manuevering to get into place, so make sure you have enough clearance. Plenty of connectors and can handle two IDE or SATA HD's, plus a power connector for a VPU fan.

I have 2 of these power supply. Bought the first one when the in my Compaq desktop failed. Bought the second one to upgrade my wife's desktop to add a new video card that required more power. Both power supplies have and are working fawlessly. Great price $19.99 after rebate. Power user, but not a gamer. I upgraded my video card and needed a power supply with higher wattage. The BFG power supply was easy to install, if you have some basic mechanical knowledge and you're careful. I've had the BFG in my HP PC now for about 2 months and its working great. This is an extreme value through TigerDirect. BB wanted almost double the price.

This power supply solved my problems with devices and expansion cards not working properly. The vast array of connections, made it possible for me to use this power supply in either of my two computers and future expansion. It has an excellent cooling fan that runs cooler than my previous power supply. Also has power switch, which my previous power supply did not. A vary good buy.

Had only 2 HD power hookups, and about 4 old style power hookups. They two it did have were about 4 inches apart. I would expect more room to work with from BFG. Other than that, it runs quiet and seems to be doing the job. 3 days runnin so far...

I bought this unit for a PC build recently. It works perfectly, its quiet and has the necessary power for most systems. No complaints so far...other than a minor quirk with the labeling. All of the product labeling, etc on the unit was upside down for some reason. Meh.

I got it in two days, and was easy to install. Fit perfectly in my 2004 Dell Dimension and works great, and is very quiet. Runs my new hardware with ease, which is what I was having trouble with.
