The fact that I didnt complete the game may make me an ineligable person to rate Bioshock 2, but I believe that says something about the game. The other great reviews are most definitely correct... This is a solid game. BUT I didnt feel the same draw to Rapture like I did in the first. Travelling outside the city seems to defeat the point of the Ocean being the Untimate Enemy. It was trying to reclaim the city (and my life) in the first, but now it seems less interesting that I can breath underwater.See other reviews for gameplay! |

I liked Bioshock 1 more, but this game added a decent multiplayer and made the experience fun. I liked it, and it is a must play if you like FPSs. The graphics are nice, the story is good, and the controls are pretty fantastic. It adds a lot of features as well. |

This game was awesome until I shot a splicer in the face and the game crashed, halfway through the game, all of my saves were corrupted, and I was forced to start over. Despite that problem and the obvious problems involving GFWL this is a great game. |

With you being a big daddy, Bioshock 2 has quite a different atmosphere than Bioshock. In comparison to the original, it is better because of things like more plasmids and a different hacking system with you now in possession of a hack gun, however, it also isn't as strong in terms of storyline and overall mood throughout the game as it isn't as frightening. On its own without comparing to the first, Bioshock 2 is still worth to play. |

Pros: - Fun- Many improvements from first- Few more plasmids and better plasmids upgrades Comment:
Good game and great improvements over the first game. Hacking challenges are now less tiresome and make more sense (game does not pause when you hack). There are also more plasmids. In addition, in the first game often plasmid upgrades meant stronger plasmid, in the second its often means some sort of upgrade (like lighting jumps to a second target). Research camera is gone, it is now a research video camera you use which has a much better flow.Overall it is a much better game, but has two main problems: 1# Story is not as strong as the first. 2# The graphics and the overall theme and atmosphere isn’t as good as the first. |
Liked the first one better this one is good to though. The only thing is that the game is WAY to short. Still a good fun game.
