I bought this fan at launch and couldn't be happier with it. I wanted to build a PC the could both function as a high end gaming build but doubled as an HTPC. This have the best ratio or noise an performance needed to achieve this, after connecting them to a fan controller I can't even tell my computers turned on. Running full blast they're far quieter than your average computer idles. |

Order these on the 14 of March in the afternoon and received them 15 of March in the Morning. Now that is fast service. These fans are truly noiseless. I swapped out all 4 case fans I have and removed my 140mm case due to a broken fin. All I can here are the fans to my graphics card. The house is silent and all I can here is the small hum from the graphics card and outside noise. Yes all fans are running at top speeds and still no sound other then the graphics card. Truly Unbelievable. Thank you ever so much NCIX.COM for finally caring a top notch product. You can not believe how happy yous' have made me. I would be glad to spend more for the piece and quiet I've gotten from these fans. |
I have purchased many varieties of 120mm fans over the years, and have been replacing various Lian-Li and Antec case fans and thought I would give this model a go. This fan has great packaging, and definitely gives you a satisfied feeling when you un-box it because everything fits in a really clever set of compartments that seem way too sophisticated for just a 120mm fan and its mounts. After you install this fan the excitement ends pretty quick, and even though it does what it is supposed to, the packaging is still the best part of this fan. I have used it on CPU heatsink,; exhaust; GPU bay (Tesla); and have now left it in drive bay to cool the stack of 10k drives because it isn't as quiet as I hoped; and doesn't push as much air as I want over the tesla or the CPU heat-sink.
