Cons: Pricey.Wish they had different sizes.

Pros: Very handy for all sorts of odd cooling jobs.Thermal tape works well.Pure copper!
Comment:
These are great for adding extra cooling to motherboard mosfets, video card RAM or any small chip that needs some more cooling. The thermal tape works well as long as the surface is perfectly clean. Use isopropyl alcohol and a lint free cloth. It also helps adhesion to get them good and hot with a hair dryer or a heat gun and apply pressure for a minute before installing the component. I've used tons of these (and the BMR-C1's and MOS-C1's) on motherboards that don't have a factory heatsink on the mosfets around the CPU socket and have had excellent results. Just need a litte airflow for them to do the trick!

An excellent product by enzotech. Its great quality of its forged copper products never let me down. The new 3M thermal tape used on these sinks are great for cooling anything and everything.

Cons: -

Pros: -Copper-Cools GDDR3 well-Price
Comment:
My Asus GTS 250 didn't come with anything covering the GDDR3 chips. It was unstable at stock speeds - I had to underclock it from 1100mhz to 700mhz.After sticking these on, I was able to overclock it to 1300mhz mem. GREAT improvement. It goes all the way to 1340mhz before becoming unstable like it was at stock speeds.I'm very happy with these heatsinks. It was worth the $2 more over aluminum ones. But remember to clean the chips with isopropyl alcohol before sticking these on!

Cons: still need a fan

Pros: does the job
Comment:
used these to cool my memory chips on my graphics card with a water block they stick well and have not fallen off so farthey get hot so I still use a fan design might be better with fins rather than copper pillars I even took these off of one card and put them on another one and they still stuck they might do a better job if they were slighty bigger as well

Cons: So freaking expensive

Pros: Perfect short profile. VRAM isn't complaining
Comment:
Other than the fact NCIX wants mucho money for them, they're awesome. Bought them to spoil my VRAM because I installed a Scythe Setsugen.

Cons: Dimensions, not bad though.

Pros: Copper. Good thermal adhesive. Good quality construction.
Comment:
EnzoTech is just plain rad. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. In saying the dimensions are a weakness, I only mean they don't entirely cover the RAM chip but this shouldn't be a concern to you, they still cool very effectively. Highly recommended! I used these to convert a an old Voodoo5 to fanless. I've seen worse adhesive, EnzoTech's is better than most.

Cons: none

Pros: Excellent quality, copper, low profile
Comment:
Cools the memory chips on my 4870 very well. Copper is a better heat conducter than aluminum, so I used these to replace the ones that came with the AC Twin Turbo VGA cooler. Although I had to file one of them so it would not touch one of the heat pipes, but it was no big deal. Highly recommended, and would buy again.

Cons: Did not come with voltage heatsinks for the GPU

Pros: Excellent Heat conductorsStrong Thermal TapeLarge Surface Area
Comment:
Nice pieces of heatsinks. Easy to fit on the GPU. The ramsinks needs to be cleaned either by artic sliver arcticlean 1&2 or use an eraser.

Cons: dont know yet. waiting for first one to fall off

Pros: stick well (so far)probably do what there suppost tocheap (i price matched)
Comment:
not bad little sinks.not sure now hot my vga ram actually gets but these were cheap and i needed a can of air and dint want to spend $10 on shipping for a $5.99 can of air so i picked these up for about $14 i guess they'll do somthing seeing as how my vga ram isent covered by heatsink and you can stick them other places too which is a bonus i guess. overall there worth it

Cons: None! Small sink I guess but that's the user's choice!

Pros: Looks great, works great.
Comment:
These are pretty short but still do a fairly good job of cooling. The included tape is significantly stronger than the included ones on the enzotech mosfet sinks (for some weird reason) and are much better, at least you can rely on these ones. These will do fine for cooling the RAM directly underneath the GPU block nozzles (if that is what you are cooling) and will be short enough (heightwise).

i bought these to cool the ram on my hd 4870's , installed a swiftech mcw60 on both cards , i didn't have mod the heatsinks to fit under the water block, there was about 3-4 mm space

Cons: Not really THAT low profile

Pros: Strong tape, quality build, great thermal transfer
Comment:
I paired these up with the new D-Tek Fuzion GFX2 waterblock as a means of cooling my ramsinks (also bought an extra and put them on the voltage regulators and mosfets on the card)However the two ramchips at the top of the card, with these ransinks, still stick up far enough that I'm not able to fit compression fittings on the waterblock and have had to grind the blocks down to an even smaller height. Nevertheless, modding is always fun, and these do a great job.

Cons: maybe a little small?

Pros: Stick much better than the Arctic Accelero S1 ramsinks, although i would recommend the full size heatsinks with the AA S1 because there is enough space between the cooler and video card.
Comment:
Much better than the cheap aluminum ramsinks, although my motherboard is being RMA'd so i haven't been abje to test them. This review was modfied by poster @ 03-15-08 08:24 PM

Cons: None

Pros: Pure forged copperVery effective 3M thermal tape
Comment:
I'll save the blurbs on the pros of forging that Enzotech promotes, but these overall have been very pleasant to work with. Peel off, stick on, and forget.Caution - even though they are low profiles, they may have some clearance issues with Zalman coolers like the VF700 or the VF900. You might have to default back to using their own blue low profile sinks.

Cons: Absolutely none

Pros: Quality constructionLook greatCheap added coolingGood instructions ( if you need them...)Everything else you all said in other reviews!
Comment:
Got these to use with an EVGA 7600GT Superclocked 512 card. Have an Accelero S2 I transfered over to this card and wanted something better than reusing the included aluminum S2 ones which are the exact same dimensions. Call me a perfectionist...I know it will bother me if i didn't get these ! Absolutely solid and top notch construction. These look great too. Would definitely recommend . Remember to clean the surface of the ram first very well. I used Arctic Cooling 2 part cleaner for that.

Pros: Good thermal conductanceUses good Thermal Tape
Comment:
Picked up a few of these, and so far have worked great. I even used some leftover ones on my unsinked MOFSETs on my mobo. Performed great. Actually even dropped my PWMIC temps by a few degrees. 3M tape they come with sticks great. I'm not concerned about the sinks falling off. They feel very solid.

Pros: Easy to installCheapCopperTape sticks really well
Comment:
I installed these memory heatsinks on my 8800GT and my memory temps went from 38c idle to 27c idle. During the load, the temps don't rise that much. Maybe around 32-35c max. The tape on this memory heatsinks are really good. They stick well and won't full off.

Pros: -Good thermal tape-Good heat dissipation-Fit's under the MCW60
Comment:
I bought this to fit on the VRAM underneath my MCW60 heatsink, worked perfectly. Highly recommended for use in tight spaces, otherwise get it's bigger brother as it'll dissipate the heat marginally better.

Pros: All copperGreat look
Comment:
Got a pack of those nice looking all copper BGA heatsinks to help cool the memory chips, ICs and power regs on my 8800GT. They do a splendid job and they are small enuff to clear the 2 barbs from my DD Maze5 GPU. They stick pretty well to components if they were cleaned before applying, unlike some other cheap ramsinks.

Cons: A bit expensive, doesn't include thermal paste, 8 is a weird amount of ram sinks

Pros: Copper made, low profile, conductive
Comment:
Put it on the Galaxy OC 8800GT, put it on all the ones that are not under the fan and some under the fan as there wasn't enough sinks. There difference was there, but whether it was worth the $15 is, well, up to you :pIt does look cool though ;)

Pros: -Good tape-Low profile fits anywhere-Good price
Comment:
These things worked great for me. I have a couple cooling my RAM controller chip on my video card because my full coverage waterblock only covers the RAM and the GPU. They stuck really well and are currently on the bottom of my card upsidedown and they haven't fallen off. Good price and a good value, could be used in any tight spot for some extra cooling.
