Cons: Motherboard cable is attached to unit, which is also quite thick.

installed the unit immediately after receiving it, and I am pretty impressed, 1200 Watts is ample for most high end video cards in crossfire or SLI configurations, while also being extremely quiet. The fan moves enough air to keep the unit cool when it's under load, but I can't hear it and I have a near silent Desktop. I went for the Be Quiet! PSU after watching Linus review it online and I'm pretty happy I went with his recommendation. Finally, I was really interested in the OC switch option, which is a pretty cool feature to have for a PSU.
