Cons: A bit noisy because of the chipset fan.

Pros: Small, power efficient, fast ! and stable .No CPU fan but and does not heat at all. This cpu is dualcore and runs well Windows server 2003 !!
Comment:
I create d a HP media server clone with this MOBO and I'M surprised how fast it is and how stable it is. Its better than anything else on the market right now since its cheap and reliable. I recommand this mobo to anyone who wants to create  a home server.

Cons: Backplane lacks S/PDIF connector for internal header.2GB max memory is marginal these days.

Pros: Small size, low power, no noise.Lots of on-board connections (8x USB, S/PDIF, SATA, IDE, PCI, GigE)
Comment:
I got this mobo for a MythTV frontend, and I wanted it to be as quiet and cool as possible. The processors are fast enough for SD content (I just use a direct VGA connection to my TV), and I don't care about HD content for now.I added a 2GB memory stick, a Scythe mini-Kaze 40mm silent fan for the on-board fan, and the picoPSU 90 (with 60W brick), and a DVD drive but no disk. I'm booting from a USB stick for now, but will likely replace it with either a CF or SD card. The system only uses 25W when active, and 35W when playing a DVD, and is totally silent. The whole thing went into an nMedia S1000 silver case, which is way too large (given I don't need any of the 4 internal HDD slots, just the DVD) but it was attractive, inexpensive, has a built-in card reader (for booting) and an optional front-panel LCD display that works with MythTV.
