(Notell) is shipping me my 2nd replacement board because the onboard IDE Controller won't work after installing any flavor of XP. We tried all the updated drivers and Bios, and still the same ole problem. The Sata Drives work fine but not IDE. I am a huge Intel fan, but this board isn't working out...

Box came with 2 SATA cables (20-inches long w. locking clips), 1 ribbon cable for older ATA drives (17-inches), DVI-to-VGA adapter, CD, and RF shield. Included cables are long enough for a mid-tower chassis, but maybe not for a full-size ATX tower. No power cable adapter for new SATA drives. To learn all details read the documentation on the manufacturer web site. Everything I needed worked fine, including PS2 keyboard, speakers (via the old Line-Out) connector, and VGA monitor, using the DVI-to-VGA adapter. Other useful info: The MB is relatively low power. The manual allows old ATX 1.x power supplies with a 20-pin connector (the high-order pins, 21-24, remain open). A 350-watt ATX 1 supply was adaquate for the motherboard with a Core 2 Duo processor, 2 GB RAM, 2 hard drives, 2 DVD drives, and a couple USB loads. Memory can be added one DIMM at a time or in pairs. uThe PS2 connector can support a keyboard or mouse, NOT both.

i purchased this motherboard to replace my amd 64 that was failing.I installed the new motherboard from intel into my ntx mid tower and every thing hooked up and was running i was very suprised with the performance couple this with a 500gb hard drive or larger the speed will impress you thank intel nice product...
