Cons: - Both north and south bridges run *very* hot, I had to attach a heat sink to the south bridge.- Small components (resisters?) surround the mounting holes for the CPU coolers, be very careful when applying aftermarket (non-stock) CPU cooler

Pros: Great little mobo for a small 24x7 server
Comment:
Great mobo for the aging 775 socket, using it with an e5300. See "weakness" as this board is not very friendly for alternate CPU cooling solutions.
