Pros: Great Price. Fits perfectly. Looks great. Cons: 1. The Fan is audible and a tad on the noisy side. I would not recommend this for any HTPC application. 2 The HD1/2/3/4 Lights are power buttons too?! Anyone can walk by and turn off a disk breaking your raid. #2 is the biggest design feature/flaw that you can imagine for home application. I'm tempted to crack this open and epoxy the buttons in the ON position to prevent accidental raid failure.
